i haven't watched her vlogs in a long time, not since she was in Thailand and i kind of miss them lmao even though there's a lot of stuff she's done/said throughout covid that rubs me the wrong way i did enjoy her videos. what made me stop though was her complaining about the prices of t shirts in a really touristy area but the price was only £6 (petty reason to stop but

I was confused about that, wasn't the trip with the pakistan tourist board? is she editing her videos herself still? She has talked about getting animators for the Pakistan vlogs on fiverr (via insta), so maybe she should look at getting an editor too lmao

I feel if she's making money from this thailand tour she's organising/selling this is going to be a way for her to diversify her income a bit to get a mortgage later on. Definitely don't think it's going to happen anytime soon though she'll travel far away through winter then be hopping about in europe all summer again probably. As long as med sailors want go work with her she'll keep working with them. And might volunteer again if worldpackers want to work with her maybe even in South America at some point maybe next winter. Also sort of see her organising some tours to South America in the future. And she'll probably do her scuba instructor training at some point too. If she wants to live the life she has right now long term and buy a flat etc she needs to plan beyond the youtube insta influencer brand deals. Not sure how much money she makes from her solo merch stuff, not everyone really wants to dress like her

No idea but she seems be quite slow at editing her own videos and getting them out there. It's hard to imagine her doing it for other people and meeting their deadlines but if she was editing other people's videos etc and prioritising that I could understand

According to the newsletter, she's put an offer on a flat and now in S.America in Bogata - travelling to Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador for the rest of 2022. Also Solo has closed down because the company she used for logistics has gone into liquidation.

definitely pricey but i think it's normal. like she or whoever behind the scenes is actually running it lol, has to book the boat and the crew, diving equipment, most likely a tour guide/ translator etc (plus profit ofc).

Damn the Western five-bedroom house in Surrey privilege really really really reeks right now. Is she out of her mind? Does she not see the hyprocrisy in complaining that protestors are blocking her from being a tourist. The very protestors that are protesting because they are not being fairly paid tourism money! Has she not learnt anything at all?! And then crying because she can't get the perfect gram on Machu Pichu when workers aren't being fairly paid. Grow up.

But spending that much money to be there on the day of a protest that apparently only happens once every few years would be super annoying imo.
