i suspect she abuses Marlowe a lot, Val said not long ago she had anxiety over Hannah and verbally abuse Marlowe as she does, doctors, nurses, hair stylists and everyone around her that pisses her off. Someone asked if Marlowe felt hurt, no she-understands was the answer. That’s the problem everyone around Jess and her bad behaviour is supposed to understand.i was watching a live tonite by Autism mom Carrie Carrielo, her son Jack is in a wonderful college program, struggling to adjust. The program he attendo has a moto that they don’t get in trouble for anything she said in their home there were consequences, not horrific consequences but if her son Jack did A he knew B might happen. She said this form of dicipline helped him to check himself on that particular behaviour. They also have boundaries, he’s a tester, it was getting disruptive and constant, and way too often, they set a texting time to manage it. She is a wonderful spokeswoman for autism . Does 1 live a week, a real live not an edited piece of garbage. Her son is not part of it, she answers questions as they’re thrown at her. Her son made one appearance to be introduced to her followers. He is not exploited in any way, there are no gifts no money stars, just a mom and her family and their struggles as well joys of their autistic adult so n Jack. Val could learn from this woman.

We know they come here and read. This morning's video was made just for us. Didn't they just make a video, for Jess' new video career, planning a weeks worth of meals? Why did they discuss what was for dinner before breakfast (which by the way Val brought up}. Val made sure to let us know how healthy the white rice casserole is. So I guess that meal planning didn't work. I think she has a lot more issues than we think.

I think they do look at this site, when Hannah and Val were in the car, they said they were going to try to get out in the community more. They heard it Directly from here about not doing anything outside the home.
Augustina and the strange lori woman who stayed over not been mentioned at all for ages.
I think that she was handling parts of their business elsewhere nd that Madison and Hannah were handling things in Norway. Perhaps a late change of plans so he invited Hannah instead of loosing the money that was paid. I think Hannah will be changing professions soon too, but not sure where she will live then!I’m pretty sure them not vacationing together is the least of their problems.
I think maybe Marlow is realizing the dysfunction and doesn’t want to be seen as a big part of that family
I think that Marlow is partly a victim in that she wants to be Hannah’s friend and apparently in order to be Hannah’s friend she is forced to accept any behavior from Jess. Her being mistreated is never okay.
I agree, Val has no clue how to be an advocate for her daughter or do what is best for her daughter.
It’s all so fake and scripted, yes, I am certain they read this and take back grand ideas which they have no clue how to incorporate. They are grasping for a way to keep follower and the money rolling in and are failing miserably!
if only Val would stop all this madness, get into therapy and give them all a chance!

That makes me think to write something I’ve through about - one of the issues Val says that Jess has is becoming obsesses with people, Val speaks like that isn’t acceptable, right? Yet Val encourages and allows disabled people online to obsess and send things to Jess - exploiting both Jess and the other person
The only time I’ve read anything less than glowing about Marlowe on here was someone pointing out how much weight she has gained. Someone posted an older pic of her and Hannah when they were roomies. Other than that nobody criticizes Marlowe..?

I agree - Val could definitely learn from Carrie Carrielo. She is a lovely lady who is genuinely all about educating others on all aspects of caring for someone with autism - the good, the bad and the ugly! She is truthful and down to earth and has such a lovely speaking voice that I could listen to her lives all day. I identify with so much of what she says and I love how she parents not just Jack, but all her children. She has instilled manners into them and has treated all of them the same, eg they have all had their chores to do from very young, including Jack. They all have to face consequences of their actions and they are all being brought up to be useful members of society. The differences between her and Val are immense. It was a real battle for her and her husband to let Jack go to the college program but they were selfless in their desire to see him achieve whatever he was capable of and he is thriving there, even though there have obviously been some difficulties. Things could have been so different for Jess - so sad to see her live in her insular world with no boundaries and excuses made for her behaviour.
There’s a very interesting comment on YouTube today. In the comments someone pointed out Jess does not want to do lives anymore, a few thought yesterdays was live..it wasn’t. Something strange was pointed out .someone said go back to livestream 8-11-22 Valerie and Jess are both dressed exactly the same, even down to the scrunchie in jessicas hair. It’s true, wonder what’s up with that, was yesterday taped then too, was it one day passed off as two, there such liars it’s hard to tell one joyful dysfunctional day from another. People seem to be starting to catch on.

Susan said that a friend of hers had sent it from Australia. I’m surprised Susan didn’t comment on it, but maybe Val let her know in advance that an old video would be going up. Who knows
Why can’t they just be honest about things? Say it’s an old video, rather than lie and say it was live? No integrity whatsoever.the Susan Ayer person sends gifts most every week. Search her profile, it’s obvious they take advantage of her, she looks like a lovely but somewhat gullible lady. Her comments on all the videos seems to suggest she sees Val and family as someone she loves and looks up to. Val should sense that this lady’s constant huge boxes of gifts so regularly is not normal. Wow, there were a lot of negative comments about the live being edited. And they kept them up too. Some people are really upset about it. I think there are people out there that think this a tv show and not a real family. Then there are some out there that think they are best friends with the brooks family. I can’t believe the amount of people that want to meet them in person. Not me, I will the train wreck from afar. You don’t want to look, but you can’t stop yourself from looking.
It’s so sad. Susan is desperate for their approval and acceptance. She has openly said she has special needs, which makes it even more sickening that Val would take advantage of her like this. Susan’s the one who couldn’t afford the postage on all the boxes she was sending recently and had to hold a couple back until she got more money. Poor girl. It’s just awful and I don’t understand why more people don’t see what’s going on. So many people defending them. Makes me sick. Susan was excited about sending Jess that kangaroo, yet Jess barely even looked at it.
I feel so sorry for Susan. It was obvious from the beginning for me, reading her comments, that she has challenges. But what to do? It would break her heart to ask her to stop sending gifts. So sad. All I know is that if I had recently received the news that these people just got involving one of my children, you would STILL be trying to pull me out from under the rock I had crawled under to grieve and cry and be angry. Yes, it is difficult and I am sure there are other vulnerable people besides Susan who send gifts. In my opinion, the gift giving should be stopped altogether and the PO Box closed down. It’s disgusting that they continue to do this.
