Absolutely delighted to have found this site, because I love gossiping about the ASMR community but there are very few places to do so!!!

I love, love, love, massageasmr. His voice is perfect and I feel like he has ASMR down to a science. I wish he still uploaded regularly, but I revisit his old videos frequently. I like Tony Bomboni too, for his voice. I cannot listen to the videos where he's whispering super quickly or rambling about stuff, but I like his calmer roleplay videos. I just rediscovered Queen of Serene's old videos, I love her voice and that old lofi kind of filming.

I *loved* itsblitzzz when I first found her early ASMR videos. I am always looking for those kind of hand movement "energy"-ish videos so she popped up on my suggested videos early on and I was SO excited. Then her personality started coming out lol. She is so out of touch with the world, she is so hypocritical and up her own ass about everything. She makes me think of those very "fake woke" people, caring about the hot topics on public platforms for brownie points.

I don't hate her for being rich, but I hate how she thinks she's relatable to the average person, or that her life is comparable to someone who works a regular full-time job without a famous musician boyfriend. I hate how she instigates dogpiles on people with valid constructive criticisms because she can't handle anyone not kissing her ass. I started getting supremely annoyed and really started falling off with her content when she started with the clickbait-y dramatic titles (where she would just say some dumb shit like "I don't want to talk about it" in reference to WHAT SHE USED TO TITLE THE VIDEO), underwear/boob-heavy thumbnails, and when it started feeling obvious that she wanted to be a lifestyle channel and maybe used ASMR to get her subscriber count up.

ANYWAY. I could truly go on about her for a bit. In non-Julia-related gossip, going back to Tony Bomboni. I feel like the dude has to be buying subscribers every now and then. It's been the same for years on his social blade - neat, even numbers of +1000 subscribers every month, sometimes +2000. Despite his daily subscriber account really never going up.

SophieMichelle made a video recently talking about her online stalking experience, about a guy who sent her huge sums of money electronically and would write her long, rambling emails, the content of which clearly showed he was mentally unstable. He seemed to be a fundamentalist Christian who spoke about Jesus a lot and said that Sophie was his wife, he put her name and details down on his bank account so his bank info was coming to her email address and he said that he would take her with him to heaven which worried her so she contacted the police. They, of course, said that they couldn't do anything unless an actual crime was committed (read, until someone got hurt) so she felt very helpless.

How does everyone feel about Halloween ASMR videos? I don't mind lighthearted ones, like a vampire roleplay or something, but I've seen some kidnap roleplay ASMR and I can't think of a roleplay that's less relaxing to me!

I found BBBY around a year ago and I do think she is very good and has a technic that works, well for me anyway. However, I have noticed she’s abrasive and almost comes across as narcissistic in her comments when replying.

I’ve been seeing her go on and on that she’s being trolled this past year but could never figure out by whom. There were never any visible comments in her feed. To me trolling is actively messaging a person with insults. Not looking for posts about yourself on tattle.

So it appears it is tattle that’s causing her the issue then, which figures and ties in with the aforementioned identified narcissism. Opinions are not trolling Nicola.

This hatred doesnt feel like its about Johnny &Amber anymore. Their joy in this is really twisted when you realize they've both tried/succeeded in canceling numerous female asmrtists. Deeply misogynistic stuff. (I've been watching Beas tweets too now) and she said it well "not realizing if it were them on the stand, they'd be treated the same".

I remember when Karuna was going after Crinkleluvin and she said in an Instagram story that if Crinkle was suicidal don’t believe her and don’t stop bullying her. This reminds me of that a lot. Any time a woman is being accused Karuna is all over it and loving it.

My views align more or less with hers when it comes to the prison system in the United States, but I did feel she played up their friendship for content or to seem more woke or whatever. She has a bit of a 'not like other girls' energy when it comes to her hobbies, or at least seems to specifically seek out interests that will make her stand out more and be more special, like her whole 'guys I'm so weird Im so interested in medical science!!' and the numchucks also come to mind.

Basically, in the space of a week, she’s gone from being a super supportive ally creator to spreading really harmful homophobic and transphobic views - all because she’s had a religious awakening.

She said she found god and started comparing queer people to pedos. She’s deleted all her queer friendly content, has started following lots of homophobic & transphobic Instagram accounts and went on some really scary rants on her tiktok (until her account got banned).

It seems like she could be having a psychotic breakdown.

I'm a hairdresser, I literally told her she's destroying it and she told me to fuck off. She bleaches every two weeks at some cheap place i guess, to get that dead hay look, and her nails, OMG, like those you see on memes

It looks like she’s literally bleaching it and straightening the life out of it. There’s no movement in it at all! It’s like a shit helmet.

Leaving it alone for a while and a nice stretched root would do her wonders.

Obviously I don't know anything about her life but it's just interesting the coincidence of her coming out with how terrible her life is (and in turn needs everyone's help) right after she just spent weeks being shitty and saying horribly misogynistic things. Alright - I'm back. Took a little break but it seems Nicola stays as consistent as ever. Guys I cannot tell you how much I believe this woman to be an absolute shit sack of a human being. Firstly the Johnny Depp thing is really odd - I understand weird and overly familiar fans but she acts like she knows these people? She is very clearly not an intelligent woman but has an astounding lack of self awareness about how she comes off?
I don't want to make excuses for her but perhaps her being on the spectrum causes her to miss these kinds of social cues - however she is increasingly combative whenever anyone brings any point of discussion towards her that may be related to these issues.

She really reminds me of a flatmate I lived with that had BPD, very hot and cold, constant victim complex. Not to be brutal but she went from being great at ASMR in the beginning to being some chavvy mum with a fake posh accent that just milks the ASMR community for money and free stuff, and then complains when she doesn't like it.

It's such a shame, but a lot of ASMR creators are just trying to keep up with content farms by posting clickbait nonsense, or reposting their videos over and over again just re-edited together into "compilations". Some people are doing it more graciously than others though, it seems.
