Maria seems like a very impressionable and easily led woman with a lot of issues in her past. She’s floundering for something to attach to/ground her, previously that was spirituality and now it’s extreme Christianity. That video was worrying, if I was her family I’d be starting an intervention.

I was thinking this seems like some sort of trauma response

I love Gentle Whispering, although I haven’t listening as much as I used to over the last couple of years. I cannot get into anyone else as much as her, it’s the Russian accent I think, English accents (I’m English) don’t do it for me in terms of ASMR! Even some of her dodgy role plays are good, my favourite one is the hair washing or the shirt crinkles.
I must start listening again.

Darya Lozhkina is Russian and has done some nice role-play stuff, her train conductor one is one of my favourites.

Omg yes. I absolutely loved her.

Did anyone watch Mitzy Whispers? She used to be Vic Quinn way way back. Don't think life was kind to her and then she was in a car accident recently and could lose sight in one eye and an arm. But her lo-fi asmr is just perfect.

Her face painting one is one of my absolute favourites, so gentle. Has me drooling.



And yes, a life-changing accident. Poor girl.

I'm confused as to why she needs 2 managers. I think she has a vision of how she wants to be seen, but doesn't really have the interest to work at it. It's all about earning a lot for doing very little. She always went on about how beautiful all her models were, which seems quite shallow. Surely the ASMR was the focus

yeah I agree she seems pretty lazy with her content and doesn't seem to really plan stuff to do, so many of her videos (ASMR and otherwise)are introduced how she just decided on the spur of the moment to film, the successful youtubers I follow have consistent upload schedules that are generally planned out in advance. She must be earning a lot of money thoguh as I assume her partner can't work atm

I remember when Karuna was going after Crinkleluvin and she said in an Instagram story that if Crinkle was suicidal don’t believe her and don’t stop bullying her. This reminds me of that a lot. Any time a woman is being accused Karuna is all over it and loving it.

That is vile. I’m so glad Rachel is back. She Made a mistake and owned it. Not like these bullies.

Did she ever reveal where she bought their second home? I saw briefly that she bought a horse for her hobby so it doesn't look like she'll be leaving LA any time soon. Her preaching of minimalism and simplicity is such an LA BS thing. Cutting fresh fruit and making your bed for a monetized video so you can pay for your boob job and call yourself sustainable is really something.

Hahaha this totally sums her up. She's done sponsored stuff too, one I recall was a skincare (oil?) brand and she was banging on (soft spoken ofc) about them being sustainable and in glass bottles etc. but she had about 30 in front of her which totally defied the object

I’ve just found Articulate Designs channel I’ve only watched the one video- the one where he drives around Dubai I think it’s Dubai anyway.

His videos seem more like they give you an experience rather than tingles. But I like that idea.

Minxlaura's family dynamic is really bizarre, her, her bf and mum work at the same place as well as live together. I doubt Laura has ever lived independently and she's in her 40s! Which will explain why she's shockingly immature.

The 6 packs of vegan steak bakes every week, which have 2 in a box
It's rare they ever have one vegetable, they eat like children which is what essentially they are mentally

I can't with her food hauls, she buys 4 tubes of primula cheese every time too.. her and Nathan really do eat and act like children. And then she only eats soft food because she's scared of the dentist, but it's to the extent of eating steak bakes upside down because the bottom is softer lol

Does anyone have any recommendations for lofi ASMR that they like? I recently found a few asmr artists like Bailey ASMR who I really like and I would love to find more.

Not sure if they would count as lofi (by that do you mean fairly ‘basic’ production?) but I love:

Yeah, I loved her. I seem to remember she was getting a load of shit for putting on a bit of weight when she went to uni (god forbid!) and then I think she got doxxed or something? It's a shame as she was really good.

I love how blitzzz and nick are suddenly engaged after people were saying how weird their relationship is on reddit. she definitely reads here and reddit, she mentioned that she wanted to "address things" and there are people who get her so wrong on "weird little forums" (here), and reddit. when I saw that post about her cat on reddit I checked her YouTube and she said all this and that she was starting daily vlogs wonder how that went.... she should just do asmr again.

I used to like itzblitzzz’s Asmr as I found it really calming & grounding. However since she got pregnant & gave birth she’s become absolutely insufferable which such an entitled & snobby attitude.
I don’t like Olivia kissper as I remember when she tried to belittle everyone in the asmr community when her Content became crap.
goodnight moon, moonlight cottage are great. (I wish goodnight moon would restart her babblebrook series)

I stopped watching gentle whispering a while ago- her content has become repetitive. Same with latte asmr; high production value but little quality.
tony bomboni is great with his consistency & creativity. Love his RPs & massage videos. The tarot readings not so much.
Trisha paytas asmr is really top tier these days (except the licking videos they give me the ick)
Korean asmr is where it’s happening, viva asmr is great with her animated rps.
don’t even get me started on the healing room asmr- cannot stand her piss poor quality content camouflaged with fancy props & cultural appropriation.
Asmr chelsea is a random suggestion which popped up in my feed & her optician RP is goooood.
would love to hear some new recommendations as I haven’t been as active in my asmr searches lately!

I found her insufferable way before her baby has she gotten even worse? Also I know everyone has their own boundaries but I wouldn't ever show a child on the internet its just too risky for me, there are so many creeps. I remember she went on and on about privacy which was valid but... why are you trying to be family blogger now?? maybe create content ppl followed you for asmr not LA mom vlogging. What was fucking odd to me, was that she filmed their "gender reveal" and after like 2 minutes nick got up and left. he like patted her on the back and went back to watching tv lol

Also, kind of random, but it annoys me when creators expect credit for their triggers. Like you’ll watch a video and someone has to give credit for every trigger they’re doing. Half the time, the person didn’t even invent the trigger. And it’s almost become a battle for who can think up new original triggers. Or fans will attack a creator if they don’t give credit to ‘their fave’.

Omg, this is another thing I've noticed. Poor Somnolence ASMR got thrown under the bus for her trigger trail videos bc ASMR4EVERY1 decided to post all kinds of comments saying that some other person did it first but called it "trigger obstacle course." Really. Also do not get me started on Miss Manganese's legion of spit painting addicts, lmao, or the people who think Come to Rest or Raffy Taphy or Zeitgeist or whichever ol dude invented fast and aggressive/"sloppy" triggers and singing at the end of videos.

When people do this is it really about the credit or do they just want more subs funneled over for their faves?
