It's crazy how cramped it is...
This property was advertised on my facebook feed....just look at what you can get for £1.5 million in Dumfries and Scotland in the S of Scotland
all those beautiful huge rooms, plus separate cottage and all that ground including river access
know where I'd rather live!
haha, i get what you're saying and as a northerner it is bonkers to me how much property costs in london but.... millions and millions of people would rather live in london than Dumfries, and that's why they do 😂
we could all probably move somewhere that is cheaper than the place we are currently living .. if I move back to my hometown of bradford I could be living in a 5 bedroom detached house for the amount I pay here in manchester but I'm guessing everyone has reasons for living in the places they live that aren't just based on the house prices

I’ve just seen the TM weather clip. Surely it’s not warm enough to have kids out of their pyjamas and just in the sleep sack anyway???
It is when the sleep sack has arms and legs, and you can zip the legs together so your child can’t walk in it.

100% better than having a mobile child in Ashley’s opinion.

Between the pjs and the sleep sack, we all know which she’d prefer them in!

That TM clip was so awkward, she is not a natural on the telly is she? Looks the same as her videos at home with the kids, no interaction and eyes darting about to make sure the camera is on her.

Why would you have a three and a half year old on any sort of sleeping bag or suit...get him in pyjamas for god sake

There were plenty of better houses in London, around the Battersea area, which had far more space and were so much nicer than the one they bought. Bigger rooms, better gardens, some even with a driveway. And all below £1.5m.

Absolutely. I don’t think there’s any comparison to a house elsewhere, like for like houses in my area but different villages just 5 miles apart can be 30% difference. But for the area it’s an odd choice. The room dimensions, the different levels again etc. It’s cosy, but it’s like they’ve outgrown the ground floor space already. Perhaps when they’re more settled they’ll make better use of the cellar for storage etc. however considering she feels trapped by the children anyway, I’d have expected something much more open and light. All her chatter about a space for entertaining and dinner parties doesn’t ring true here!

Exactly all of that.

Curious what the garden studio will be used for. Maybe TNB’s work space so there’s a bedroom free for him 🤭

They’ve done her soooo dirty with this 😂👏🏼
Also, aren't you supposed to change the sleeping bags rather than losing the pyjamas. That's what we do anyway, mine are in a 1 tog + pyjamas and vest. But then again, I replaced all my windows and made sure we had a warm house for our babies. Something Trash would never do, she'd rather crank up a Dyson heater 🫠 even though babies shouldn't have hot and cold air blowing on them

(I understand my privilege at being able to replace my windows btw, I'm very fortunate)

Those sleeping bags she has are for winter, I doubt she's bought summer ones

Do we think either of them have thought to register with a GP surgery? I feel like that’s something Jas would be all over but it wouldn’t cross Ash or Tommy’s minds.

Yes, that’s exactly what you’re supposed to do, but she didn’t even buy the winter ones! They were cold and Ada had freezing feet before!

That’s when it dawned on Grade A Ashley to put the (Dyson) heater on in her room, and in Alf’s because maaaaaaaybe he was waking because he was cold.

Cellars usually require a lot of work to avoid everything going mouldy... I hope their things get ruined :)

We've seen the proof that Alfie wears pyjamas, a 2.5 tog sleeping bag PLUS a duvet in an already hot room (thanks to the Dyson heater). It's not hard to find out roughly what they should be wearing according to the weather. But no-one has gifted her any 1.0/1.5 tog bags yet so... no chance is she buying them as we know she only buys things for herself.

She’s quiet. Alfs blatantly back in childcare or been shipped off somewhere. Otherwise she’d be quick to gloat about the ‘juggle’. I really hope not 😔 Those children probably felt more at ‘home’ in that house with NNB than their own parents

Personally I think she rushed a move to a chain free property purely so she could get a free taxi to "work" 😆

Well it's obvs it needed to be a stones throw from her flat as Jas was moving in there for their "friendship of convenience" so Ash can take full advantage of child care out of hours and emergencies on tap. Nursery also close by that all children will be at, like the Bermuda triangle 🔺🔺🔺 No wonder she doesn't have many friends because if you expect an equal relationship with her you have no chance because it's all about her and her needs!!

My 3.5yr old wears a sleeping bag (the correct tog for the weather mind), it doesn’t restrict her movement at all, she can walk down the hall to our room and climb into bed with us, she can climb her kitchen stool in it to get her breakfast bowl etc (I even caught the lunatic stood on the dining room table in it 😂) so I don’t think using one is an issue at all.
I am surprised his fits him though given she won’t have bought any more, unless no balls has splashed out. He must be in a heat based coma at night with the pjs, bag, death trap bumpers and the fan, pretty worrying

If there’s one thing that proves her friendships are only ever one way it’s how much she helped Jas! Which is nothing. Okay she let them live in her spare room in her 5 bed house, such an inconvenience and in return jas was at Ashley’s beck and call, looking after the kids so she can shoot hello fresh, being her minder any time she had to take her kids out of the house, picking up her kids from nursery and even babysitting so Ashley could go on a date for V day (despite obv having no alone time with Tommy since Ada was born 🙄)
What has Ashley done for her single mum friend?? When has Ashley looked after coco to give Jas a break? As someone more established in motherhood with 2 kids it should be easy for Ashley to add Jas into the mix and be there for her friend, but it’s all about what Jas can do for Ashley.

Can’t wait to see Ashley’s big weekend socialising in London😂
