Well said. No wonder Alfie’s walking doesn’t appear to have improved at all. He’s still as wobbly on his feet as when he first learned to walk judging by that video clip.

She’ll get her comeuppance when Thumb is a complete tear away Won’t sleep for years, ransacks her shelving unit, does the stairs before 1 (they have no stairgates on their main stairs wtf?!) and she won’t walk peacefully beside her- just fucks off running everywhere Chuck a resentful Alf on top…

I’m here for it

No stairgate downstairs as he is (and so is she on that sofa) caged in that room so doesn't explore downstairs.

It's pretty sad when she posts some of these things as first time X happened. These are things that happen naturally and are a normal part of life so most people don't give it a second thought.

I really feel that she has no idea about child development and makes no effort to research or learn, just goes with her 'instincts'. He doesn't seem to go to any activities to help with his physical development, Tumble Tots, Swimming, baby gym etc. He goes to Little Kickers but spent the last session eating snacks! You have to get involved and encourage their participation. He also doesn't have any creative or motor skill toys, duplo, bricks, train set etc. All he seems to do is read and hold soft toys. Whilst I'm wholly in favour of reading, he also needs physical development for strength, balance, coordination. Of course she may be taking him to these activities but given that we hear about his first walk out and every poo at the childminders, I somehow think we'd know about it.

First time walking without the pram? He’s almost two years old. Why wouldn’t you have gone for a little walk before now. Oh yeah, because she’s too busy fluttering her eyelashes at the camera all day long.
I think back to when my daughter was Alf's age , which was Christmas '95 and it had snowed heavily where we live....we put on cosy coats and our wellies which had been bought for practicality, not because they looked cute for the gram and we all went for a beautiful walk of 4km in the countryside/through the woods - daughter walked the whole way( no way could we have taken a pram!)
Poor Alf gets the minimal of interaction with his mother - at least TNB bathes him and puts him to bed .
I took daughter to playgroup, babygym, swimming....Alf gets no interaction with his parents and other kids , so isnt learning how to socialise
Social media didn't exist then so there was no need to be eye fucking the camera for the latest candid photo to upload
She won't know what's hit her when baby thumb arrives!

You'd think her agents would get fed up with having to pay for photo stories after all her lies. they might decide she's too much bother.
You can imagine her agents office can't you? "clean up in aisle Ashley again! Who wants it this time???"

Just watched the video of Alfs first walk without a pram, you can't even see him walking! all you can see is her huge blinking face, fgs woman! The memories you'll have of your OWN face will keep you warm when you're old

And the instant she says "he just wants to keep holding our hands" he let's go of both their hands and turns away

Also he’s next to the kerb in the one of just her and Alf. As a mum surely your instinct should be to walk with him on the inside of the pavement?

He goes to little kickers because it’s gifted, it’s a photo opportunity, and it gives TNB another excuse to wear his head to toe sportswear including camp tights or teeny shorts

I don’t think you necessarily need to do loads of groups/activities when they’re young I did swimming etc with mine when they got to 4/5 but the fact she hadn’t even taken him on a walk outside of the buggy when he’s been walking a while is crazy. She could get the wellies on and take him for a walk everyday if she wanted to but she can’t be bothered

How can every comment he’s made about your body be positive if he’s never commented on it? Make it make sense.

You never see him playing with stuff like play dough / messy play shaving foam / painting / drawing? Key fine motor skills activities. Or climbing on anything? We had babies at our nursery who the minute they could crawl we started getting them to crawl backwards on their belly’s downstairs (baby room was first level upstairs) & asked parents to do the same when dropping off.
She isn’t helping him at all. With all their money he could do baby gym / tumble tots where they get 45mins-an hour of pure fun obstacle courses.
The baby I looked after was an absolute chunk who struggled to lift his own weight but after 2 weeks there he was pulling himself up on the equipment without any help.
She doesn’t do him any favours in helping his development.

Not for the male gaze? Didn’t want to be a object?

What was this photo shoot for then? A portrait for your Nan as a Christmas present?

She must have been so excited when she saw that Daily Fail article about Ola and James Jordan. It's another excuse for her to talk about herself and show some underwear pictures.

"Sorry Portland, can you push my appointment to later this afternoon, I have essays to write"
