Well said!
what brought you to here 2 days ago?
I was on Instagram, as I said there was person that was extremely passionate about the lack of help from the foundation. It was mentioned she had all her information from Tattle....I found that quite amusing as their actions...or lack there of spoke volumes. I decided to see what Tattle was all about, read through all the threads and realised I couldn't argue with anything posted on here. I'm pissed at myself for being fooled by them...I'm usually a good judge of character....I blame my age.

I honestly think it's best to donate to hospices. Hospices give long term care not just end of life.

This Go Fund me situation with Ash and Sad is just appalling. What I dont understand is why they still have the go fund me or can it be left open indefinitely and you withdraw money?

I think starting a foundation, even if well intentioned was a stupid idea. They are not qualified to counsel people (and not in the right mental frame of mind) nor have they any criteria to assess bids for funding. They should have given the money to a hospice, or substancial donations to hospitals that need equipment for children cancer. to do a video with their own hospital and not fund the machine they need which costs £80,000. Most of us dream of winning the lottery so we can gift things like this, it would make me so happy to buy that knowing it would help the drs and nurses and make a huge impact on patients if I had £1.6m in the bank that was ready for charitable donations. I would have got the chequebook straight out.,

The one time I looked at their pages in the height of it all it reminded me of the chaos with baby Alfie.
They also got quite a bit of money, sailing off into the sunset on a promise of a charity.
I remember them saying they'd make a charity and help others, the dad shared a few things onto alfies page asking for donations for others and I'm sure some commented asking if he was going to donate himself or what they've done with the money, I dont think a charity was set up for alfie in the end was it?

I reported the gofundme page yesterday and will do every day until it's removed. These people have well and truly p*ssed me off.

When azaylia was poorly she had a wish list people was donated every single day infact she had about 20 boxes in the hotel room full of stuff azaylia would never use as honestly she had so many .

I remember at that time I thought , why don’t she donate some to other sick children on the ward as far to much for one baby but she didn’t !! Safiyya could start a wish list again not costing her or Ashley a penny and have it to get toys for sick children so she could make packages for them in hospital .

Are they just selfish ? Do they have no intentions for sick children ? Is this foundation just something to remember azaylia and keep her memory alive ? So many questions but they won’t answer

The should have closed it ages ago, they will be able to withdraw money from it still, definitely. I think we should all report the page at this stage.

Family business, with an Empire being the goal, purely a business, perfectly hatched plan to sustain them all for years. Lowest of the low.

Anything that comes in from that avenue , at this point, is just towards the weekly tesco shop now

FFS did she not share with the other poor little ones on the ward? what happened to the stuff

Sorry I didnt explain myself well. If a go fund me is open, can you withdraw money? What I mean is are they keeping it open to gather more money?
But isn't this a risk if people start asking for refunds? Why doesn't go fund me show if people have withdrawn money?
Its all really shady, this is why personally I would only donate to a hospice or something properly regulated
Its also surely got to be linked to one person only bank account?

Do you remember in America a few years back when that couple raised money for a homeless man, and ran off with the money and I think got away with it as it. I dont trust go fund mes at all

This seems to happen a lot, I think it is that anyone who wishes to donate but hasn't done so yet isn't put off at them sight of them reaching their target. So, the target is inflated just incase. My take on it anyway x
Can you imagine making money from your dead or dying child?

I think this is the root of what makes me feel uncomfortable about gfm, it’s in essence asking people to fund the impossible. I would do everything in my power to help my child, and I would do all I could to raise money for even the slightest possibility of treatment but it feels like more and more people are donating to something that can’t make a difference and that feels unfair on both their donators and donatees. Poorly children are a hugely emotive subject and people want to do all they can to help, and I do think in this case the pandemic heightened emotions, but I feel so uncomfortable with people donating to something that can’t and won’t help that poor child.

No . I don’t know if anybody remembers the time in hospital .
all the toys azaylia had was gifted bibs clothing all kinds safiyya was gifted Costa breakfasts every day people donated her takeaways delivered at the hospital it didn’t cost them a penny !! I remember her filming doing her eyebrows in the hotel and they had boxes full of gifts and toys and she said she couldn’t get through them all . I thought why don’t she donate some to the other sick children because I’ve never seen so many !! I think that’s why Andrea was also saying they wanted gifts when it suited them .
then she was giving azaylia foods so people was buying if the wish,it’s spoons bowles bibs all kinds .

Safiyya comes across as greedy she Will take take take .

Wow. Disgusting. Any ordinary decent human would give some of those items away knowing they had too much. She could have given some items to the hospital to wrap for gifts or donated somewhere else, asked other parents do they need or would they like anything. She does come across extremely greedy.

Just putting my GENUINE QUESTIONS back out on the thread.
How much money is currently in the charity/foundation.
Why won’t you disclose this?
How much of the GFM money have you already spent?
Why do you need SO much money before you can tell us what is going on?
Is it to put back what you have already spent?
Is Ashley PAYING himself (and family) wages out of the foundations money?

WHY WONT YOU ANSWER ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS?

I can't - the only thing on my mind would be my child and being present for them when they needed me most.

*Edited to add - I was thinking about the whole situation last night and I think most of us can agree that raising such a huge amount of money, even if time was on our side, just wouldn't happen no matter how much we tried for our child(ren). It must be so frustrating and rage inducing for the parents who are trying to be noticed and draw attention to their own cause. I can only assume it feels a bit like one child is more worthy than all of the other children who are in the same position.
Very sad.

I really hope I've worded that on a way that makes sense and comes across as intended.

I actually remember taking my cats medication back to the vet after she died. Not for a refund although the vets wanted to do this - but I wanted to donate all the medication to a shelter or to another patient who couldn't afford the medicine. I had hundreds of pounds worth of specialist medicine that she never got to take. I was so sad but I wanted it to go to someone who it could help and in my mind I was so upset but this was the best thing I could do to help with the grief and I wanted some good to come of out of the terrible situation. I couldn't bear thinking of someone who had a pet and couldn't afford the treatment.

the real life stories on this thread are unbearably sad. I can't imagine what its like to loose a child and I want to give you all a hug. I dont think anyone can get their head around what is going on here with this go fund me

I can't imagine wanting anything that they have. why would they hoard donations or money if it could help someone else?
and how they can be off having hair and eyelashes done...it's so strange to me. If im upset I couldn't give a shit what I look like!

God those grief tourists are fucking weird aren’t they, like really fucking creepy weird, I understand they must have an element of being mentally unwell so I can’t understand why the family entertain it so much, I’d be very freaked out.

Off topic. But did anyone follow the Alfie debacle and how long was it until it all died down and everyone forgot all about it?

god that was another awful one wasn’t it, I followed it but can’t remember specifically when it all started dying down but I do remember shortly after his funeral I didn’t see anything until she had her new baby?
(I think I’ve got the right one)

If the go fund me gets closed down will people still be able to request their refunds?
