I'm not a plastic surgeon or expert, but it really seemed way too early to jump into surgery. Things can still tighten up, surely? Plus they recommend only doing it once your family is complete, so not something you should jump into.
Absolutely can see why Jen did it and others would when they've had a load of kids and it's a few years on with no change. You want things stable.
I don't remember an in-depth chat but do remember her kind of casually mentioning that recovery was really hard. Sounded like she had underestimated it - particularly with a baby to mind
