It ‘looks’ like she’s had filler
I think she has photoshop app on (it works with videos too). Pretty sure that’s not what she looks like - but not sure why she needs to heavily filter herself - cringe.
It’s a bit blurry bc it was a video screenshotted, but this was the pod today (and it was recorded today). It looks like the original Anna - I definitely think she’s been getting too carried away with the photoshopping apps and filters on her recent post/stories. It looks almost cartoon like.

It’s not a filter or photoshop because she was on Sunday Brunch on TV and she looked odd/different there too.
Based on her appearance on Sunday Brunch, I think she’s had some work done in that she’s had Botox, cheek filler and lip filler but I still don’t think this alone would be enough to make her look like an entirely different person as she does on her latest stories. I think she has applied a filter on top. That’s my take on it anyway. I do think whatever it is it doesn’t look right though, it’s a bit whoa

You can definitely get Botox in that area, my MIL has had it.
