This! So much this! IF she did earlier actually makes sense even though I understand it's not for eveyrone: 16:8 fasting protocol makes for enough of an eating window while giving the body time to regulare blood sugar and other hormones in the fasting windows. You actually get less hungry and manage your cravings better in this period, but can have a lovely dinner in a restaurant if you please. To me, this is balance. All kinds of extreme fasting, as in for two days and then diet od 900 kcal a day, low carbs, makes no sense and is very dangerous exactly because all of it will bounce back. It's just that, a water weight. Because of this, I'm not a fan of keto - I like my carbs slow and complex, but they're vital, as well as enough fiber in one's diet for obvious reasons. And it should be a lifestyle, two weeks of some fad treatment do not fix a bad diet or disordered eating overall.

Finally I took a look at her elegant walk video and had a laugh. I can see from the way she walks her core isn't very strong. You see, the only real trick for an elegant walk is, that it should not come from legs itself, rather you straighten yourself, activate the core and back muscles and you move the whole body forward. Your legs will follow, obviously. To make a gait light, it should not feel as if your legs are moving, rather, you feel the movement in your core, which should be the center of your gravity.
Also, just step on heels as you would normally do when walking. This stepping on toes is weird. You put your toes or balls of your feet down first either when you run (not jog), because that's basically jumping, or when you dance - in Latin dances most of the time, in Ballroom as prescribed by certain steps, there are also heel-lead steps. But when walking, just buy yourself normal shoes and mo matter how tall the heels are, you should be able to comfortably step heel-first. If not, buy better shoes.
Exactly. I won’t lie the keto works, this dumb thing she did probably my works as well, but for how long?

I got skinnier, lost all the weight I wanted - developed a terrible relationship with food, teetered between bulimia and anorexia, binged eat in all or nothing phases.... HATED MYSELF and I told a professor of mine that I didn’t like myself anymore and they immediately shipped me off to therapy. I’ve never shared this with anyone (but the anonymity here is wildly empowering).
Don’t do things In a bid to get a quick fix.... it backfires tenfold.

Now I'm going to be the one to make the sweeping statement.....

That's not because he's wealthy, but because he's Arab.
Coming from a place in the world where multiple wives are possible and men can do anything as they please and women have impossible standards hoisted upon them to follow.

Those men who admit to cheating with ease - I mean we only get here a very small portion of their "background", their alleged wealth.

What about their cultural background (amongst others: country of origin, country of residence, religion, education), upbringing (amongst others: parents' marriage and dynamic, values and morals they were raised with, friends, social circle), education (amongst others: level of, place of) and so much more.

It's many things that make these men up, wealth is only a small part.
When you grow up with the mindset that you as man can do anything, but a woman who shows her hair is bringing shame on the family and is a "bleep" for "exposing herself", then you'll have a skewed world-view and a different set of morals.

I have known men from Middle Eastern backgrounds and the double and triple standards are out of this world. It's why they often marry their own but continue to "have fun" with women they actually fancy (but view them as whores at the same time; literally as in the example above).
At school as kids already these young boys were different to Western boys.

This is all very broadly speaking, there are always other cases as well.
But my experience has been enough to firmly say that Middle Eastern men's mentality does not gel well at all with Western values in terms of relationships.

Edit: Granted, you didn't write "all wealthy men cheat", but the exclusion of "all" didn't really change your statement, "wealthy men cheat" very much means "all of them".

Any ideas on a list?

I have some stuff:

  • Her personal life i.e. her lack of husband
  • Her lie about being supported while she works like a dog
  • Her preaching about men having to pay for women though she doesn't cook, or do anything of value
  • Her travels during the pandemic
  • Her hateful comments to women, calling us "lazy" for example in her last video
  • Her talking down on high street brands even though she always wore them

My inspo is the videos like the ones made about Mrs. Midwest see first one by CC Marie and the second one here.

@Birdseed2 since you did the hard work, is there anything from the GDrive link that stands out particularly?
To add:

• Snippets of her emails she used to send (if someone has them saved), where she would claim she was living amongst the affluent circles in Malta and Ibiza, etc. Then cut to clips of her DJ Mykill days wearing trashy clothes and dancing like she's dislocated her limbs, and especially the video where he goes "that's my witch over there" and points to her by the pool.

• The parts in the emails where she said she was a high class dancer at an elite club in Ibiza. Then show the actual club (Amnesia, right?) and those lovely pictures of Aija in her Aija Darling phase with the leopard print bikini top in the club looking super elegant lol.

• Basically her entire Cosmopolitan article confession where she says transactional sex is the norm in the jet set world.

• Those screenshots posted a while ago where she's asking for dating advice on FB groups because her average Joseph wouldn't marry her (and still hasn't).

• The screenshots of her candid confessions on her old JSB blog (side note: it may be necessary to show screenshots of the real time discussion of those posts here on Tattle, because otherwise it's easy to say the screenshots are Photoshopped because the JSB blog has been taken down from the internet archives)

• Oh! And of course her constant talk of good posture along with that photo of her hunched over on vacation

• That screenshot where she says she doesn't even like touching clothes from Mango and has never shopped there, contrasted with old pictures where she's wearing Mango (and praising them!), also wearing H&M, etc.

There's probably about a hundred more ridiculous and hilarious examples I can't think of right now. :ROFLMAO:

The very existence of these 8 threads on Tattle exposes the lie that is Anna Bey. Imagine every single topic we've discussed, she's either covered her tracks or tried to start a podcast for damage control. The timeline makes it very clear to anyone who even glances at the posts. We talk about her trashy background, she podcasts about her trashy life. We say she has no Christmas decorations, she posts that she's going on holiday for Christmas. I love that her own actions show the truth of what we say.

This is one of her first interviews that came right after Cosmo. See how what she tells here is matching what she used to write on JSB blog, or what she tells to her course students. She shared these pics on her profile and it's still on her FB if you scroll down enough.

From the article: "In many cultures, the man is the provider and the woman is the homemaker. I don't see what's wrong with that."

There's nothing wrong with that, I'm surrounded with stay at home moms whose job is to manage the family life, care for the home, chauffeur the kids around and run all the errands.

The thing is that Aija is not a homemaker, she does tit at home.
The majority of her students also don't want to be homemakers, they are not interested in a man paying the bills while they take care of the laundry, the dishes, the grocery shopping and cleaning the house 🙄
In their dreams, the man is the one who brings cash to the table (and lots of it) and their part is to "look nice and elegant".

Her bf name is Noah in this interview...
I'm pretty sure that's an Alias she used for him and there's an Asterisk after his name.

She lied and said he funded her business. Does it really make sense that he would fund a business to teach women how to land a rich man? I'm getting secondhand embarrassment for this man.

Didn't we have screenshots a thread or two back of someone being blocked on her Insta for pointing out that she advocates "traditional" gender roles yet had talked about wanting to hire a cook and cleaner?

Seems she never did get that degree in Italian either

Why get an Italian degree when you can ride an Italian sausage to the bank while throwing up on Paris Hilton?

Also, I wonder what there is to fund? You can start a business like hers without much money - you only need a webspace and a domain, a camera or a decent phone camera and maybe later a graphic designer for a project or two. Of course she makes it sound like a HUGE launch and a big company when it was just her and her laptop...

There's a difference between being supported by a man to be a homemaker/household manager and being supported by a man to be a jetsetter..even a third option is the lie that Anna's man supports her "business" when we know that's actually her 90% lie and 10% hustle paying the bills...

Looking the part? Just shooting blanks here. Before SOA in London, her style was simple and minimal, mainly all-black outfits, some navy jeans or all-white looks. Plain, not in a bad way, it's just there was a lack of colours. But at least those Zara tops fitted her, and the leather jacket made her look young and vibrant - her own age at least.
I guess her Insta inspirations could be blamed - trying to recreate JetsetBabes' looks of bombastic business chic from Instagram, she got a very defined version of elegant style in her mind. I understand the intention - it sells better. Who wants to look at some modest lady who preaches opulence and luxury, right? Her ideal customer is inexperienced and interprets this style as 'proof'.

Also, that article... I've had girls in high-school who did these go-go stunts in the Meditteranean. It was a party phase and most of them very quickly moved on, creating careers. Just the scale of measurement and evaluation of what high society is in that article is very upsetting. And in her words, what signifies that you've 'made it' - drinking at expensive clubs - is such a faulty mindset...

Aija is giving hopes to these naive women who thinks they are entitled to someone else's hardwork/money. Stay-at-home Spouses have a huge load of responsibilities and need to support their working spouses. Aija, on the otherhand, thinks she and her minions can just exist - no responsibilities or support. She is just using 'traditional roles' to excuse her lazy behaviour.

let's go back in time, since

Anna has now deleted all traces of jetsetbabe.com, suspicious in itself

Back then in London, we have no proof her bisexual boyfriend gave her any money at all. We do know she had the free little flat. But how do we know he ever gave her money? She never socialised, never did anything luxurious. In fact the famous Hermes belt post was the first time she was able to go into a designer store, and stop wearing fake bags.

Would a woman who was used to being kept make such a fuss over a belt?

As he was used to coming to London regularly (no wild escort scene in Geneva), it simply was convenient for him to have Anna in the flat as a beard and companion. She said from her own mouth that he told her he'd only support her if she kept doing stuff on her own aside from him. Which means he probably never gave her enough to live on, which is why she kept the gambling job.

She used the money from her initial bout of (in)famy and spent it on IVP. The only certificate she has besides graduating from high school.

School of Affluence is her dream. She can parade in designer wear like a 20 year old Russian escort even though she's now a haggard 40 year old. She's her own boss. Making her own ill-gotten money. Gullible female students saved her, because really, what was her future in London going to be? No qualifications, no charm, doesn't like sex. She's the epitome of a bad catch for a man. She'd have to go back to the office jobs she hated.

We the audience are Anna's sugar daddy!

Hard for me to believe she had more than a free place to stay when she kept on posting how much she hated her job and how it kept on making her miss all the action JSBs were lavishing on regularly.
Aija had and still has to work her a*se off to get the things she wants.
If she's a kept woman, I am Melania bored in the White House.

To be fair she’s 34, right? She’s much closer to 30 than 40.

She reminds me SO much of my coworker it’s crazy. It is all about how others perceive her which matters. My coworker work her butt off and then spend it all on 2 x 5 star holidays per year. They must be 5 stars. She couldn’t fathom having 4 holidays per year at a 3 or 4 star hotel.

I don’t know what Anna does all day. I don’t know how much effort is required to run online companies, but if not much is she not bored? Seriously.
Though I guess it’s how some people can watch daytime tv all day and love it. Mind blown.
