You can clearly see she has no idea what she is talking about "the app will have this and that and more". Lady you and your moderators can't even handle the simple Facebook groups, you can't manage an app for sure.

I took some notes of some highlights in case anyone cannot stand the 13 min, it was difficult to stand the eeehhmm and ahhhms:
0:43 "the ladies (in the fb group) are not representing my brand
1:58 in 2 months aprox there will be an app (that was more than one year ago)," it is not gonna be cheap". More on this later
2:28 plan to close fb inner circle and move the members to the app (note she uses the same structure than Dan Lok)
2:49 the bigger group will not be closed but moved to the app, "this is a promotional tool"
3:40 she says that the plan is to shut people from creating their own posts when the app is ready, only she and moderators can do it, the participants oble can comment (controlling the info as a cult...)
4:40 features of the app: events creation, but only as a calendar for the people to organize, not that she is offering to create events. Section to include recommendations like restaurants or hotels (traipadvisor, anybody?). There could be subcategories, in 5:30 she mentions sugar dating. Later she describes this as "premium experience". Note that all mentioned is info shared from the participants, the app is a "way to organize the info", in my hometown this is called leeching.

She wants to move the free group to the app to "get rid of trolls and people creating bad environment", awe look who does not want to hear any other opinion than hers.
8:40 she wants the people into the app and "upsell other groups like inner circle for advanced people and charging more of course" (note the quotes). As "other subscriptions" cost like a tenner she thinks about this price per month. That took a long time to think about pricing and value...
10:25 talking about current fb group. The idea is not to accept many posts so people experience slows down to force them to move to the app.
11:00 about the participants of the fb group, please hold your cups.
"i think i am running a charity shop, they feel so ENTITLED TO EVERYTHING (trout face) because is free". Again please note I paraphrase her words.

PS: I had a quick check on the pricing of mighty networks, the company that could be used to develop part of the platform. Despite her comment of the pricing being so hight to cover the cost of running you can see attached a starting pricing which is not thousands of dollars.

One second it is “Dear elegant ladies I just want to HELP you, it’s my only happiness to see you all succeed...” the next she calls the same women RATCHET, ungrateful and messy. And let’s be honest we all know what she means in her own little head by those words....
She’s using a word (ratchet) mainly used to describe black women/women of colour.
I’m white, blonde with blue eyes and this kind of indirect racism is exactly how the racist people I unfortunately know speak behind closed doors and it makes me sick.
And yes Anna you can still be racist even if you have a libanese imaginary boyfriend, it’s not a free pass.

Interesting, it seems that finally she proceed with the platform she mentioned in the video (mighty networks) who provide services to integrate fb groups, courses and promo content for companies.
I also thought same as you mentioned, thst she had changed her mind but now it seems something was done regarding the app or platform creation, maybe not at the same pace she expected because the SoA summer edition was not launched in thst platform.
I suspect she is working in tiers, she has focused the SOTEW course for the wide group of fb to squeeze their pockets and at the same time she might be trying to filter some of the inner circle members to the app, part of them for free to get their info, tips and use them as catch for opening the app to a wider community.
Thanks @Michele05 for commenting about "ratchet" meaning in more detail, I had the word in my notes of the video with a question mark (not native English speaker
) and did not understand all the connotations behind the word. Now I feel more sick from the video.

It is very sad, I can understand your feeling. It seems she sees all her relations and contacts as mere tools for her own benefit, there is no genuine connection or aim to help anyone other than her. "Anna Prey" I would call her as next name when she decides to change again.
With a bit of perspective let's look at her... A liar, an abuser, no sense of fashion, plastic beauty and with a very ugly character... How can all this coexist in the same person? Pick a struggle woman!!

I'm wondering, how did I miss the inner circle being closed? It just vanished one day and I've checked the group often enough to not have skipped some new app announcement! Since I was personally invited to the inner circle by her, I think I might have been the target group for that free membership on the app
Oh, no no, the inner circle was going to be in the app but at higher cost because thst would be part of a more advanced group hence she planned to squeeze more out of them. Only some few hand pick members would be selected to join for free such as the moderators (just imagine if she charges for their work...) and people from JSB blog times, at the end she wants like in the music festivals a few rock stars that contribute. Remember she tried to recruit some blog contributors this summer (I keep that email) to share their pictures and luxurious experiences. At the end she, without that people, has nothing to show to attract anyone to pay for the app, she cannot do on her own.I'm wondering, how did I miss the inner circle being closed? Normally she would have the lifestyle and hire the technical abilities to share with the people but in her case she lacks of both so she tries to "outsource" everything, 0 contribution from her and 100% of the benefits.
Women are her man, her provider. Plain and simple.
Ah, I did wonder what she said, now I see it’s the name of a black youtuber. So this is her roundabout way of saying she doesn’t want black women in the group then because “ratchet” women lower the vibe. She’s pretty confident to say she doesn’t want Russian women (I’m guessing any Eastern Euros too by knock on) so what’s the hold up with just being outright racist Anna? You clearly talk like that behind closed doors.
People like this disgust me. It really makes me think that the racist fb message is actually true now.
My feeling is she discontinue inner circle when she couldn’t figure out how to monetise it OR use all the members to sell her other stuff. Maybe she hoped to use the IC community to lure more people:
Example : pay me $$$ and you can E-ssociate with my secret inner circle ladies.
@itsverynice IC was not so active after some time. I dont remember that she bother to post there much. Only LL quite active. But she assume too much. Why would a free membership be worth ... time? People joined to IC to escape the chaos in the main group not to be her free mentors for her “students”.
