When I clicked those hyperlinks... OMG, that just screams cheap. The IG world is full of golddiggers. The majority of girls, with their posing and pursing their lips look ridiculous and tarty. For me, these girls = w**res. Neither of them is elegant, they are straight boring. I think this market is so saturated now, that only rich Arab men could be interested, who will be the next girl to sh*t on. DISGUSTING !!! this is one of the main problems I have with her. She seems to think that only the very top tier of everything counts. so in her mind it has to be ferraris, hermes and cartier, otherwise you are "average joe" and "middle class". she cannot understand that there is an ocean of things and somebody may willingly choose something different than what she promotes.

Yes, and that deleted video made it clear to me. The way she scolded everything beyond of the very top tier was unbearable. She doesn't have it herself, then what is she talking about? Did her dear average Joe buy a Bentley? In the place where I live, we have a magnate family and they own a Double Tree Hilton hotel > so the magnate junior did buy a Bentley for his wife - who happened to be a former beauty contestant, OBVIOUSLY, this is pretty common.
And yes, there are affluent people, or aristocrats, who do not give a damn about these things and choose something different. The whole Anna Bey ballyhoo is just a big empty bubble.

Like I've said before, the divide between those with real deep pockets and everyone else won't be found in the brand of bracelet you wear or the bag you carry. Her Cartier-decorated wrist is of the same class and status as a woman wearing MK and Pandora. She has no family estate, she can't properly support the arts via a generous donation, she can't write a check big enough to a museum or charity to get her name on a plaque, she can't afford to host a party that will be attended by the elites, she doesn't have the financial or social capital to start a foundation or at least be invited to be on the board of one, the list goes on. Her Cartier bracelet and Birkin bag get dragged to the same restaurants, hotels, and museums that admit anyone willing to pay. Brands don't buy access.

I think there was a time when fashion meant status. A lot has changed these days though and it is true that current "designer" clothing is targeted at the middle class and people wanting to portray the luxury lifestyle.

I think a sense of style can go a long way rather than just buying high-end. As well as good grooming. It will help one presenting themselves in a proper and lovely manner, along with good personality and skills. It has nothing to do with the brand.

The same was true with eating at "high-end" restaurants. Only the rich could truly afford it. Or traveling to "cool" places

I think it's still true that only the rich can truly afford these luxuries in life but this generation is putting so much emphasis on living your life to the fullest that they go to debt, dealing with men who treat them poorly, prostitution and so on to get this lifestyle. They still can't afford these things but they find a way to somehow have these things. That's why owning a Hermes bag means nothing anymore.

These days other things define being rich. Things that cannot be faked. Like real college graduation from a reputable school. Having a passion. Understanding what life is about. owning several beautiful real estates. making a difference in this world. Knowledge of food and drinks that only rich people know. Being in a museum full of art and allowing yourself to truly enjoy yourself rather than taking a photo after another photo so you can convince some Instagram followers that you know about art!

Why be so arch about Arab men? They are not the only ones who are attracted to this type of bimbo. There are lots of guys from all backgrounds and social classes who hypersexualise women and like outsized attributes. Honestly, I have nothing against these women, they don't hurt anyone. What does it matter if they like this kind of aesthetic? Prostitution is the oldest profession in the world and if these women want to show off what they offers on instagram, why not, it's a business after all. Our problem is that Anna Ebay does not explain to the women she trains the purpose and real consequences of such exposure: that is, their instagram will be approached by pimps or dodgy sugar daddies. It is so bizarre she did this photo shoot in the public spaces of Geneva. She can't get away from her streetwalker past. And the mismatching bags and rented gowns that are too big for her flat chest!

this is one of the main problems I have with her. she also does not understand that there are many styles, apart from her boring and basic take on elegance, that can look good and interesting. In so many videos she was hating on athleisure pieces, laughing in this condescending way. as a "thought leader" and a person seemingly interested in fashion she failed to notice that sport style is one of the biggest trends and became acceptable in all areas over 10 years ago.

Theory: she hates herself and knows she is average, so all her content is just projection. She "married" an Average Joe. She is a Plain Jane even with expensive surgery. She hates averageness because she hates her own life.

I agree with this. If Anna were openly teaching about sugaring, escorting, etc. she'd be more honest (well, somewhat - given that she was not particularly successful at it herself.) Nothing wrong with that. What she's actually doing is teaching women to look like escorts and telling them it will help them find a rich boyfriend/husband, putting naïve women in potentially very dangerous situations

And the hilarious thing is, that the "top tier" things she promotes aren't even top tier. Many here already pointed out, her choices in food, jewelery, accomodation aren't the top of the line as she makes them out to be and rather belong to a certain starter pack. On top of that no one really cares about those things, since they are just toys in the scale of estates, private savings, market shares, businesses that you own.
And many times, even if you go to AfFluEnt gatherings you don't want to have the most fanciest e.g. car of all guest to not give the impression that you need to compensate for something.
So Annas advice is really just inappropriate and far from the reality.

This whole elegance charade is a replacement for the jetset world. "Be an elegant lady, be driven to the finer things in life, find a high caliber man, wear luxury only, travel only to millionaire places"... These are all "rules" jetset girls go by. That's what they show in their social media. That's what Anna Belt envied, experimented 1% of it, "studied" (by stalking these women's IG), found a "formula" that could hook and fool "plain janes" for a while, came up with the idea of a school (but renamed it to Affluence, it was supposed to be Jetset School) and converted it in a bunch of courses that essencially consist in stuff you can find for free in the internet and overall don't bring any value. But she was clever... Creating a online finishing school that finishes off with woldwide women's wallet. That should be her motto.
