No it annoyed me too, bc Abs don’t just define over night. It takes weeks sometimes months for abs to develop.
Depends on the body tbh. If you have virtually no body fat and are naturally slim, you can see results in 2 weeks dependant on how much you exercise.
I cant stand her exercise kick. She sounds uneducated and thick, she's clearly doing it bc everyone is on that hype in lockdown so she's trying to be relatable. But she doesnt understand she cant go running to KFC, Costa and Mcdonalds on the same day???
