This!!!!!!!!!! I bet you a dollar that her wedding will be a disaster and she'll try to cover it up to be the 'B3sT wEdDinG Ev4R'
Hahaha just like InTheFrow 😂

Wedding should be about the couple, not what will get the most likes on Insta or how much tit they can get for free. You can tell she’s just desperate for ‘status’ that’s why she needs a new Hermes every other week. It’s all so shallow and empty.

I watched the Special Order video on viewpure. In that video, she said she was 5’6. I could swear that she stated she was 5’7 or 5’8 in previous videos. Do people forget how tall they are? 🤷🏾‍♀️

She's probably 5'6 when she wears other brands, 5'7 in Chanel and 5'8 in Hermes.

Do you think her friendships with the other influencers are genuine? I only feel like her friendship with Allysha is the most genuine one

I saw she said she's going to meet up with Cassie Thorpe in London, which took me off guard lol... they are complete opposites (style- and personality-wise), I wonder how that friendship (?) started

I’ve been watching Alyssa for about a year now, didn’t know she had a thread.
Guess I’ll start with some positives (lol):

• I think she’s very pretty. She has a lovely complexion, super bright smile. Sometimes her lash extensions look off to me, I think they have gaps sometimes and the curl shape? I really like her manicures she gets.

• I appreciate her bag taste and I like her collection, I think she’s curated it really well. It fits her style and nothing to me screams “hype buy”.

•She’s done well from someone who chose to reject a job offer after graduation.

•In previous years, I saw passion with her influencing career and she really put effort into her partnerships whether that’s a video or an event. She seems to be in a slight slump lately but I still think she has that creative edge to her, maybe due to her experience in interior design.

Okay now for the negatives. I’ve been holding this in for so long because I didn’t know about her thread so bear with the list:

• Beiges don’t do anything for her. She looks more refreshed in saturated or jewel colours. Her recent posts wearing more black (although still a neutral) I was like yes! She needs the contrast.

• She needs to stop dressing so oversized all the time. It’s okay when she’s just at home or chilling but like I wouldn’t be surprised if her wedding dress is a baggy white silk t-shirt dress.

• Is her being an introvert her personality trait? She constantly posts stories about it, she’s like a hermit who only leaves her house to take outfit photos and drink bubble tea.

• Her friendships with her influencer friends seem forced and maintained for the purpose of keeping a network. I don’t believe I’ve seen any of her “non influencer” friends?

• Since she hasn’t held a proper job since University, has Marco been essentially a sugar daddy this whole time? Assuming they’ve been together since she was 20, that’s 10 years of not being able to split the bill because she spent her parents allowance on her bags 🤣

I think she mentioned that’s she’s insecure about her body shape amd I have oversized clothes but I do wear skinny jeans here or there.

also she said she worked a retail job for Aero but then started working on their social media pages. As for Marco, I think he low key supported her bag habit but she doesn’t want to say it(I’m guessing to avoid judgment)

They must be deep in debt because they only put 5% of downpayment on their home. Also, she never keeps her items but resales them unless the likes of Sophie, Love Marie or even the leech Claire Chanelle.
I think they're just trying to flex, but in a very low class way. It's obvious neither grew up with money and many times peopl
I saw she said she's going to meet up with Cassie Thorpe in London, which took me off guard lol... they are complete opposites (style- and personality-wise), I wonder how that friendship (?) started
They're both obsessed with luxury brands and the flex. Sounds like a perfect match to me. I watch Cassie purely for the lol factor. She looks like she's been plucked out of a music video, and that isn't a compliment.

You give Marco too much credit. She is definitely the one who makes more money. He's a project manager with an engineering degree. If he's making over $100K I'll be shocked, and that's NYC salary. Anywhere else, it'd be closer to $60K.

Alyssa has built her collection by selling gifted items or via collabs. Look at her handbag collection. Look at previous collection videos where she would say who gifted her the item. They've all been sold. Look at the Hermes alone. She paid for the B25 and the B30 (with funds from selling bags she'd been gifted by brands or family), and the B35 and K32 came from Rebag (who send their lux goods to you in PLASTIC bags. It's gross and anything but lux). Her Chanel bags have come from collabs with TRR, Redeluxe and Neimans. She's essentially sold herself to build up a bunch of bags that now sit behind closet doors because her dog would like jump up and scratch them, or God knows what else. But let's pretend the new "cloffice" look is because she wanted a cleaner look.

She has done a great job creating an image that is the literal definition of imposter syndrome. Hopefully people take note. This is not the look for which you should be going.

As a Filipino like them, I can see imposter syndrome run in our culture very deeply. We don't really have a sense of identity, colonization has ducked us up. For example, when the newest iPhone 13 models hit the shelves, a lot of my friends / colleagues / acquaintances got into the store and get from Apple official resellers. As much as I want to, I can't, since I pay all my grad school fees.

Alyssa gives me the impression of my high school bullies you know: those witches who pick on you on absolutely everything.

Our culture is built on flex culture. We always want to get the best tit at everything, so it's not a surprise that these 2 are doing the same. Just trying to live this boring, monotone beige life, while in massive debt (definitely).

How can they balance all their finances? A car on lease, a house on mortgage plus Alyssa's mindless spending always boggle me. I don't like this at all, but it seems that her parents give her money. Filipino parents will do that.

Right now, with the advent of luxury culture, I have seen women fall in line of the LV store here, and just buy, buy, buy. Sometimes, I run jealous of these people, they can really spend money like water. I just wanna have their level of financial stability, you know? I'm so tired of hopping from part time job to another since CoVid-19 ducked all my job prospects.

Just watching all these influencers has given this sense of urgency to do well in life, but then again, I can't really risk my integrity for this kind of life you know? I feel so much FOMO with this influencers, I feel missing out on shopping in Chanel, getting your first designer handbag after college, just travel with no limits and the like.

Sis, I said “low key” meaning he probably doesn’t give her that much to fully purchase. Clearly he makes enough to support his sport car habit.

I believe if you work hard you’ll afford the lifestyle you want to live. Remember these influencers never show us the weird parts of their lives and they want us to believe they have it all together. Also Alyssa does give cliquish vibes, I don’t see her hanging out with anyone that’s below her social status( i.e. lux influencers)

Girl, do not fall for it!

The simple fact that you have a roof over your head, eat three times a day and have a healthy family is big enough.

As someone who works with people who make tons of money let me tell you that they do not spend it. They all save it and invest it. People like Alyssa have to live ads after ads to afford a lifestyle that they are selling online. Clearly Marco and her do not have money since they could barely afford their down payment. She is not even paying for all her wedding expenses since part of it is sponsored.

Never compare yourself to these new age salespeople.

Does anyone else find it weird she has her own luxury SUV (I don’t even think it’s Marco’s car) when she hardly drives/ makes other people drive her around is kind of ??? I actually kiki’d when she said she fell asleep on the train and missed her stop ☠

I think she’s mentioned having driving anxiety? which is fair but girl you could’ve invested that money into your house deposit etc

I get that she’s self conscious about her body but i really think her look would be much more elevated if she would get her pants tailored to her body or wear skinny jeans.

This is so interesting, thank you for sharing.

I echo what someone said above re not falling for the BS. I think that's what drives me the most mad. This narrative, of many influencers with a following similar to Alyssa's following, affording a lifestyle on their income that they clearly cannot afford and do not fund with the money they make from their job as a marketeer for whichever companies with whom they work. It's the inauthenticity of it that just makes me cringe.

This and all the Lexus car loans! Why are they giving her a car to take to the Hamptons when she never drives it and neither of them have anything of value to say about the car/performance/specs?! She can’t talk about the driving experience when she’s never even sat behind the wheel, and I doubt anyone is looking to these two posers for opinions and reviews before buying one.

I doubt she could even afford a Lexus, considering she had to loan the Audi that she barely drives either 😂🙄

Come to think of it, didn’t she say Marco was picking her up from the station? So… she couldn’t even drive herself to the local train station 🤦🏻‍♀️

Right!! Wouldn’t it be cheaper to just drive in the city? Instead of paying fares per day and then you have to buy a metro card or Uber in the city. It doesn’t make sense fiscally

With NYC parking prices (if you're able to find a spot where you need to go), it can be super expensive and time consuming, so I would probably take the train instead of my car as well. But it definitely doesn't seem like both of them need a car if Marco just drives her everywhere anyway... just another flex.

She does drive into the city sometimes, maybe they have a parking space at her parent’s apartment but couldn’t use it that day or something, I’ve noticed even when she’s driven in she will take a train from one area to another then drive back home
