She is smug about free bags, clothes, hotel stays and furniture. These are not really big-ticket items. Oh, home renovation costs a ton too, that's why she doesn't remodel her bathrooms.

The fact that they couldn't find a single person to throw a party in celebration of their wedding is very telling. Especially after more than 10 years together.

I mean, if I was a guest and saw the way she portrayed their lives on the Internet I wouldn't throw them a party either. They have enough money to do it themselves and pay for everything, right?

But we all know that they are broke in real life because Alyssa's insecurities are destroying their household by spending all their money.

Alyssa's house looks like it's cheaply built. We have these homes in Australia where they look grand and glamorous but they are cheaply made. They use the lowest quality materials that won't hold up in 10 years. Their purpose is just to look good. I'm not sure if America has these homes but Alyssa's house looks like one of them. Her decor is ugh. Everything is so beige or white and everything looks muted. Her taste is terrible. So boring.

OMG, Alyssa needing to doing another “To All The Bags I’ve Loved Before” video detailing alllllllll the gifted bags she’s sold to be able to live out her UES life (in her head) whilst carrying around a different Hermes bag to the mall in NJ and to NYC’s Cafe Kitsune. ROFL!

I realized in the 3 min of the video I watched exactly what I cannot stand about Alyssa or any woman (and there are a lot) who act this way. She is so incredibly smug. Perhaps it’s because she’s the baby of the family and has been forever coddled, I just don’t know but this smugness runs through my YT/IG women on this forum. Average women in all departments who have found some popularity and are really feeling themselves to the point of being entirely cringe.

I used to love Alyssa’s content and agree that everything about her has changed. But what irks me the most is how she thinks everything she does is aspirational. Her diet literally makes me skeev because of the high fat/sugar content on a very regular basis. Even with a daily Peloton ride, it would be impossible to burn that all off. I was also shocked when I saw what the outside of their home looks like...not at ALL what I would imagine someone who has $60k worth of Hermes bags alone inside it. I am a major handbag lover (part of the reason I started following Alyssa in the first place) but when your priority is putting a new bag in your closet vs fixing the steps/concrete along the front of your house, there is a problem.

I concur. Cassie is OTT but authentic to who she’s always been on socials. Alyssa is hard to watch when she’s with someone who has a completely different energy level, aesthetic, and overall vibe to her. It’s painful watching her try to be cool. She’s so bland and dull. Idk how Cassie does it.

Cassie does it because she’s new to NYC and needs Alyssa’s contacts. They’re all opportunists. Anything for that free hookup.

Thank you so much for making the thread! I know I was one of the requesters for this but life has been crazy the past month… anyhow one of the first red flags for me was when she said she bought herself a chanel bag as a grad present to herself. Ya right how many 20 somethings can afford that right after grad. She constantly goes on about being self made when it’s obvious her family has money and her fiancé makes bank as an engineer. Some days she likes to be pretend to be a rich man with 5 H bags but some days she pulls the i'm poor can't afford a mcmansion home receiving stimulus checks. Pick your side Alyssa! can the next side at least be walking your dog outside instead of dragging him to the mall and making him pee in washrooms

I will never forget her mentioning her “stimi checks”. While the rest of us were happy to see that $ get into the hands that needed it, so many people in the social medial world (& beyond) made sure not to pay themselves any more than the $75K out of their LLCs to get the $. It was gross.

For a person to flex 5 H Bags all collected within a year then complains about Chanel prices is in itself an IRONY. I simply c a n n o t deal with her. Bye girl bye!

It’s because she’ll never be on Chanel’s gifting list and she knows ppl see Hermes as above Chanel. For Alyssa it’s all about appearances when in reality she’s sobbing on her therapist’s couch because she has zero self esteem which is insane considering she was so obviously coddled. She is just not it.

I really think these it would do these American “luxe” fashion vloggers some good if they studied the brands they covet so much and actually knew a little something about the brands…Most of these vloggers just grab anything that makes them look like some sort of wannabe socialite.

this is so true of Alyssa! You can see it in the Sotheby’s vlogs where she has nothing intelligent to say about the items she is being shown, and she knows nothing of Hermes heritage or the leathers and styles that she is buying. She’s just a grabby little label whore.

I don’t understand why some people don’t just tie their hair up or… wash it? Certain hair types like straight and/or fine benefit from frequent washing whereas curly hair needs the opposite.

Girl, no matter how fucked up the house market is, if you have money, you can get a house! You just can't afford to move out.

If you're reading this, Alyssa, consider your life a big blessing. You have a home, while a lot of families and couples are out there struggling in the harsh weather of the streets.

You have a family, that loves and supports you, even though you are lazy and entitled.

You have Marco and Wade, while some people just want to find that person, like you do.

You have a job that enables you to live life. What's more to ask?
