I don't understand the anxiety. I have a newborn and whilst this heat isn't ideal I don't have hundreds of £s for an air conditioning unit. 2 fans , open windows etc etc. Its just common sense and I'm not having an anxiety attack over it/make mind numbing content about it.

I think she had IVF for the twins and they transferred two embryos, so she knew there was a risk of twins. Oh well that’s even worse… she clearly hated it the first time around so how she thought it would be better the second time and with twins! Her husband does most of it and she still moans. I feel like she never has anything nice to say about them.
