Couldn’t agree more, there’s no need at all, I also hate it with a passion when parents mash up two events for kids, I understand they’re close and family and whatnot but couldn’t they make Gs day about G instead of her and the other girl? This is coming from someone who has a lot of resentment because there’s 6 family birthdays within two weeks and everyone’s always got mashed togetherI get communions are big family events but why treat it like a mini wedding
