she's perplexed that people's opinions of her are going to change when
she has totally changed in terms of acting totally disingenuously, purposefully concealing affiliate links and turning the content of her "body confident" SM platform into one which regularly shares unnecessarily triggering images of both herself at a low weight and underweight celebrities. but ofc
you are the problem, highlighting her problematic behaviour when you used to be supportive.
if Alex's management team regularly frequent tattle

then they are obviously very aware of the damage her content is causing and the risks her reels and photos pose to her more vulnerable followers. man the
duck up and intervene. tell Alex that her content is damaging and negatively impacting her followers, and placing them at increased risk, and encourage her to take a step back from social media while she addresses her mental health and the issues she is clearly struggling with. if you care even the tiniest amount about Alex and her wellbeing,
that would be the appropriate action - not ignoring the issues while simultaneously highlighting to Alex that people who once supported and respected her are now raising their concerns on tattle. if she isn't at a point where she can see that is a red flag, her management company certainly should be able to - and by refusing to intervene - for Alex's sake as much as the safety of her followers - you are failing her, while also publicly supporting her sharing content that is incredibly damaging to the mental health of others - is that really behavout that
you, as her management team, want to be held accountable for?
