Aldi have changed the ingredients for their own brand of haribo and they now contain gelatin. I actually preferened them over haribo but won't be buying them now as the idea of gelatin gives me the heave.

Tried Aldi's pakora chicken strips the other day (Roosters brand, in the freezer section with the sesame chicken strips) bloody beautiful. they come with a sachet of curry sauce, mix a spoonful of mango chutney in with it, 20 mins in the airfryer for golden brown crispiness and oh my god they're phenomenal. i had them for NYE picky bits but gonna get them again and serve with rice and vegetables. highly recommend!!!

These are disgusting, even the kids don’t like them and they’re not fussy when it comes to chocolate!

Aldi. New Kefir yoghurt is good, Kombucher drinks in fridge with yoghurts are nice, hope they are permanent. Their best or whatever they are called, Cottage Pie has been voted no 1 above Charlie Bingham's and M&S.

NOOOO Lidl let me down tonight!

I bought orange and ricotta desserts thinking it would be a creamy delight. It tasted of alcohol and upon further examination it's written 'contains alcohol' on the back in a different language.

Upon more investigation it contains beef gelatine. I do not eat meat 😢

I bought the illuminating setting spray (think Charlotte Tilbury dupe) from Aldi it's lovely so I went back and bought two more!
The black pepper and vetiver reed diffuser smells gorgeous too.

Omg! Have they stopped updating the website with their special guest items then or am I looking in the wrong place? I don’t live very close to Lidl anymore so I haven’t been in a long time and would only go for special items like the bakery but I didn’t think there was anything! Sad now lol. Maybe I can convince Mr Pecan to call in on his way back from work 🤭
They must have read the thread yesterday…

What is the lemon sorbet which is supposedly divine?
Is is any of these?
We had that limoncello thing this afternoon and most of it went in the bin. It tasted so synthetic. I barely ate a third of mine and it’s been repeating on me all day! 😅 Reminded me of when I used to have to take liquid amoxicillin before going to the dentist as a kid. 🤢

I just tried out the Aldi sleep tea, and it tasted basically identical to the Twinings passionflower sleep tea. I'm impressed!

Do what I’m doing. Seek out the sellers that are posting via Royal Mail as it’s not integrated and tracked, claim it didn’t come and get refunded, I can even make them wait up to 30 days before reporting an issue as well. I bought 4 yesterday.

I’ll resell them at cost on Vinted to vetted buyers actually wanting them for their kids.
Should add I meant I’m doing this on Vinted. EBay are more on the ball and more likely to side with the seller.
Resellers gonna learn though. Think they’re getting £40-60 and they’re ending up with nothing.

Scumbag behaviour meets scumbag behaviour!

I probably should have asked this before I bought it 😅 but can anyone report whether their dupe of Benefit Bad Gal mascara is good?
Absolutely not Aldi related but Maybelline Lash Sensational is hands down the best mascara I have ever bought & I was a die hard Benefit They’re Real fan for years.

Looks like Aldi have a beauty drop next week, some dupes of Le Labo fragrances (looks very similar) coming out Thursday and on Sunday 9th there is a big drop including skin care , hair masks etc etc..

I bought a pack of the mini heart shaped garlic and coriander nan breads today and opened them whilst I was on the bus. They are really nice and had to put them back in my bag or they would all have been gone before I got home, would rather eat them than a bag of crisps.
