You must have got one that missed out then - there are usually lots of large prawns in it. The one I had the day before I left had loads in.

I’ve just had mine with the mushroom rice and I had loads of prawns too. I was surprised by how many.

In other news, the Aldi I frequent by my workplace is getting a refit at the moment. Excited to see what it’s like when it reopens.

Never tried Lidl bakery bread so seems a good excuse!

Their sourdough or whole wheat & rye loaves don't last long in our house.

Honestly I'd pay the £3.50 for the M&S one, it's got way more alcohol in it.

Anyone notice the price of potatoes has jumped right up at aldi? Was surprised when I saw at the weekend.

I only ever buy potatoes in M and S as I think they are the best but what is the jump in Aldi?

Don't like to be a Debbie Downer but mine lasted about a month. The plastic lid cracked then fell apart.

Oh man! I've been eyeballing them on Amazon for ages but wasn't sure if I'd use it. At least this one was cheaper so a good test run
