Don’t you just love the old Facebook conspiracy theorists? Has to be a conspiracy about everything. My mum went this morning & got an email later on tonight they have compensated her with roughly £10 in points (which is more than she would’ve saved today) and also given her 10% of her
total shopping bill if she goes back in tomorrow.

Bought the vegan gammon, vegan beef and vegan foot long pig in blanket thing from Aldi today. Very excited to try them. Had the gammon last year and it was very tasty. Have got the vegan chicken from Asda for Christmas day so thinking the gammon for boxing day and the beef for new years 😊

Aldis aren't so easy to find in my neck of the woods so finding one in norf, norf London is amazing to me. Barely glanced at anything but the middle aisles. My big, hairy dog even got a Christmas jumper. That's how excited I got 🫠😊🫠

I put it on a slice on Pandoro! But normally will have it on a slice of Panettone 😍 I got the dark chocolate one but bet the white chocolate one is amazing too!

I also forgot to mention that Lidl now seems to have started doing the lime and coriander microwave rice packs! So those of you who struggle to find it in Aldi may now have luck in Lidl 🤞

I know this is stupid too but, how do you all eat the hazelnut spread? I can’t really imagine it on toast. Am I just spooning it straight in my mouth? 😂

Is there a way out of Lidl when you don't buy anything? I went in yesterday, they didn't have what I wanted so I tried to go through an empty checkout - no luck - gate wasn't for budging. The 2 checkouts in operation were in full flow with long queues and I didn't fancy trying to squeeze past all those trolleys, so I went back to the entrance, waited for someone to enter, and walked out that way ... and the alarms went off. o_O

I am not usually a sandwich shop buyer but last week I was in Liverpool with a friend who is - I bought a New York Deli Pastrami on Rye, think it was near to £4 from M and S and it was OK.
Today I was with same friend and looked at the sandwich selection in Aldi and decided to buy the - Ayshire Cured Ham Hock with Farmhouse Cheddar and quite honestly knocked the M & S into a cocked hat. Same price, much better bread and so tasty..

Mr Doris obviously wanted to butter me up so he could watch the Boxing, he nipped to Aldi to get the kids a pizza & came back with a bottle of Red & Sea Salt Dark Chocolate. Happy as a pig in the proverbial !!

Not sure if still working today but worth a share...for Lidl Plus.
Go to more (bottom right) then redeem coupon and add "FOOTBALL" for a free croissant ❤
Was working yesterday and valid 7 days if it still is
