So tempted to make a joke here about train delays...Both our lidl had signs up that they had supply issues with the train

I’ve had one of these for five years now, still going strong!Yes! On the hob, and in the oven up to 240 degrees![]()
I think Mr Duck feels similar about meI have spoilt myself by having a proper coffee machine so now can’t drink instant. My husband has no such quality control and I’m quite jealous really.
Similarly the first time I got a work bonus, I bought an amazing mattress. This means that hotel beds can be a disappointment.
I struggle on.
Same I've been in many a lidl and have yet to hear a tune. I can only imagine it's like when you think you're in a wetherspoons when in fact it's an all bar oneI'm genuinely flabbergasted by hearing about your Lidls that play musicI could swear I've never been to one that does, in the UK or abroad. Unless I'm that far removed from reality that I didn't notice

They’ve changed the bakery cinnamon buns too!!! Like you I hadn’t had one in ages but had one yesterday and it was so dry! They’ve got rid of the icing it was just stodgy and dryI don't know what Lidl have done to their chocolate digestives but they've gone from being better than McVities to inedible. It's been a while since I last bought them so not entirely sure when they changed, but I had a bad feeling as soon as I saw the packaging was different. They're now like chewing a lump of concrete - rock solid and tasteless.
I know it's such a small life problem, but I'm so sick of everything continually getting shitter.
Same. I bought some last week and the next day they were covered in mould! No sign of frickles in my store either
I bought some lychees from Aldi the other day that had a date of the 25th on them. I just took them out of the fridge and all bar one lychee is covered in mould! They were going to be my healthy mid afternoon snack while wfh, so instead I've had to eat a kitkat...![]()
I've looked in all four Aldi stores near me - two had shelf tags but no product. I'm really keen to try them! Aldi's vegan range always looks so exciting, but they're quite soy-heavy and I don't tend to love the taste of soy-based meat subs, so I was extra excited by the frickles.Talking of all things Veganuary which seems to be everywhere, I noticed Frickles in Aldi's new vegan offerings.
As discussed previously on here I can't seem to find them, so presume they're not in my store or they're permanently sold out!

As promised here's a couple of things I bought on Tattle recommendation. Think I should go back and buy myself some as these are for part of a raffle prize, but I keep getting distracted by other recommended things.Yes, I find pictures easier than a description. I've picked up some Tattler recommendations for a hamper. Might find time tomorrow to photo them.
You’ve never used the Lidl plus app?!?!? You usually get a free pastry or something for signing up then freebies once you hit £10, £50, £100, £150 then 10% off your next shop if you hit £250. It resets every calendar month so the freebies are different. You also get coupons based on items you buy like 15% off certain items each week. They also give you a scratch card on the app every time you scan and also do wheels that you can win pastries or fruit every so often too. Honestly it’s brilliant!Aldi have an app with freebies.![]()
