I've noticed with a lot of thr vegan range, there's two types of thing in a box. In this case frickles and some battered tofu.. that nobody bloody wants. (See the same problem with the lime rice in the last thread). They won't get another box out until the other stock is going down... we need someone to buy all the tofu so they bring the frickles out!

I will try the Aldi Hula Hoops @PaddyDomino - thanks for the rec.

We are obsessed by the massive multipack of Aldi corn snacks - the fake Wotsits/Chipsticks/Frazzles etc. They’re SO good if you like a cheap crisp like we all do - loads of flavour and very cheap as well.

Looks like lots of beauty stuff coming to Aldi next week including the cashmere foundation again, loccitane dupes, bonded hair stuff, some new perfumes I think
---
I usually buy a lot of skincare and makeup specials from Aldi but think there has been a lot less over the last year than previously. I am on my last Giorgio Armani foundation and Charlotte tilbury lipstick dupes, fingers crossed they come back soon, refer these to the real ones
That's the one I mean!

Aldi confirms return of 'lush' £6 perfume that 'smells like' £103 designer bottle
The supermarket's sell-out version of Paco Rabanne's Olympea EDP is set to make its grand return to stores on Sunday, September 15.

It's no secret that, when it comes to purchasing high quality beauty buys without the price-tag, then Aldi is one of the places to be.
For fragrance fans, the supermarket's Specialbuys aisle has become popular for bottles that have taken on major brands including Dior and Jo Malone. For fans of Paco Rabanne's Olympea Eau De Parfum, you'll be pleased to hear the latest news.

The budget grocer's own version of the highly popular designer perfume, Lacura Empress Eau de Parfum, is said to make its return to the middle aisle on Sunday, September 15. Usually popular among fans, we'd suggest snapping up this "lush" perfume while you can.

Aldi is the place I shop most with a bit of Lidl and M&S. Last time I popped into a Tesco for a few things I audibly gasped at some of the prices. It was around £4 for a box of rainbow salad that at the time was £1.39 in Aldi. There were other things that were hugely overpriced but that was the one that made me decide not to go back into a Tesco.

Still no frickles at Aldi, and the shelf tag now just says Tempura Veg, but they do have their Thai Green Curry flavour crisps back! They're so good if you like a really flavourful crisp.
I don’t like Pickles  but there were two boxes of Frickles left in our Aldi a little earlier & I picked them up for my friend who is a pickle fiend. I told her about them off this thread & she’s not been able to find any so I thought it was only fair !

I don't know if it's already been mentioned, but Aldi have Squashies flavour icelollies. They're only 50-odd calories a go. I haven't tried them yet but I've got some in the freezer for when I need a sweet treat!
Quoting myself, but they're so good. Miniscule though, deffo need 2 at once.

Is there a way out of Lidl when you don't buy anything? I went in yesterday, they didn't have what I wanted so I tried to go through an empty checkout - no luck - gate wasn't for budging. The 2 checkouts in operation were in full flow with long queues and I didn't fancy trying to squeeze past all those trolleys, so I went back to the entrance, waited for someone to enter, and walked out that way ... and the alarms went off. o_O
Thief!!!!!!

Kidding lol. Depends on Lidl I think. Some have self service check outs so that's the best way unless it's one where they introduced the gates with receipt scanning. Or I'd just squeeze past people in an open till queue.

If I'm feeling particularly socially awkward that day I'd just buy something to avoid the whole situation but that's just me 🤣

Music update if anyone's interested 🤣 My Lidl has put the music back on with something that resembles a 'Lidl Heart fm' mix with 20 year old hits from Texas, Black eyes Peas and George Michael interwoven with Xmas songs 😬
God, I'm sorry to hear that 🤣

I've just seen this which is available from tomorrow as a special buy! If I don't get my hands on at least one of these macarons, I may riot! 🤣

It was in the normal bit - they had some l’occitane dupe handwash too that looked nice. Not sure if it’s new or just the first time I’ve seen them
