I love anything bakewell-esque but the blondie was too dense for me. I gave half to my hub.

We also tried the frozen apple strudel though and that was very good 👍.

Loved the blondie. Just bought one but will probably be back (good tip getting an end piece/corner as well)

I’m off to Lidl in the morning for some of the Terriyaki salmon and the gyozas!
I absolutely love anything Bakewell related! Had no idea about these, so will be on the lookout 😌

We had a recipe kit thing tonight from Aldi. It was a Thai red curry one, and i got it from the middle aisle ages ago.
I used tofu, mushrooms and pak Choi, and it was really good. Will be on the lookout for it again.
Had it with Aldi coconut rice which is a staple in our house.

We had that for tea too but with chicken, peppers and onion. One of my favourite quick dinners.

I saw a Facebook post recently of a jar of spread in Lidl that is the same as the creamy inside of a Kinder Bueno, has anyone tried it?? I friggin love a Bueno but my Lidl is the opposite direction to anywhere I really go and I don't want to make a trip to end in disappointment 😂

I love this rice. Chuck one of the Thai salmon fillets in the airfryer, this micro rice & some tenderstem for a quick meal. The red pepper rice (which is usually in the same box as the coconut) is nice too.

I can't comment on the spread but both versions of the bueno bars are a massive disappointment. I'm also banned from buying spreads because they end up being eaten by the spoonful 😩

don't know if it's this same one but i bought a white hazelnut spread from Italian week (small jar, gold lid) thinking it would be like the bueno filling but it just tasted 'sweet', didn't remind me of a bueno at all :( M&S do one too but it's like £5 and i can't bring myself to pay that much for a spread 😬

excited for these in the aldi leaflet for this week, they look like fenty beauty dupes!

Great haul from Lidl. Fridge and freezer full. We have a gousto delivery tomorrow. Don’t know where we’re going to find room for it in the fridge😅

Popped to Aldi as well for some bits.
got wine chocolate and SS chicken kievs.

Meant to say, as well as the coconut rice from Aldi, which I love, the lime and coriander one is gorgeous as well. We often have that with chilli or nachos.
I always have a stash of their pouches of rice in the cupboard.

I’m not sure if you’re near an Asda but they have this that I think has a similar taste to the inside of a Beuno!

Got two Bakewell Blondies and I'm afraid it's not for me. Too sweet but also got the cheese pretzel rolls to balance it.
