How fortuitous David showed up with his channel when he did, right when about 60,000 weirdos around the world needed to watch a manbaby squander his money on a daily basis. It's like, manchild porn or something. The questionable "tax deduction" crap really grinds my gears. The tax forms allow certain expenses only, I don't see how you can declare every receipt from a vacation as a valid deductible expense. And also on YT, I saw a guy lose money in a Las Vegas slot machine and say, yeah, I can just right that off my taxes 'cause I'm making a video about it. I say NO, no you can't. That's not how it works! Aargh. I wish I had better insight into all the ins and outs of the US tax codes but I have never wanted to join the ranks of tax cheaters so it hasn't been of interest to me until blatant tax dodgers start flexing on YouTube! Sorry, got triggered there for a mo.

Didn't watch much of the daily offering, blurry sunrise, pool, momma eating ice cream by the pool, nah, a bunch of time wasting crap about a guy I don't like in a place I will never go to.

50 Points at Grand Floridian
150 Rivera
Both he appears to have paid cash for.
Can’t search for his Aulani or California ones at the moment.
Based on the YouTube videos he posted:

2 years ago he initially financed his purchase of 150 points for Riviera at $201 a point using his credit card for the down payment and recurring installments. I believe the financing term was 10 years adding an additional 15k to 20k to the total cost.

1 year ago he sold some of his Disney stock and used it to pay off the remaining installments early. Whatever was left over after that he used to purchase 50 points at the Grand Floridian.

10 months ago he sold the remainder of his Disney stock and bought 250 points at Aulani and added another 50 points to the Grand Floridian.

4 months ago he bought an unknown amount of points at the Disneyland Villas, probably 100 points as suggested above.

He made references to being a "homeowner" and didn't seem to know whether the points for a room would increase over time or just the dollar amount. He also wondered whether he would be around when the contracts expire in 2062, 2064 and 2067 which he twice previous stated as 1962, 1964 and 1967.

---

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel are $230 a point. $23,000
Aulani is $217 a point $54,250
Grand Floridian is $230 ($210 when Adam bought in) $21,000
Riviera is $217 ($201 when Adam bought in) $30,150
TOTAL $128,400
(not including closing costs and monthly dues)

What does go up is the dues which currently total $282 a month across the 4 resorts he has points with.

Here we go again..."off the rails" with fast food reviews, eating in parking lots at night, and no workout posts at all on IG, after he "dieted" and "exercised" all summer

I noticed him getting frustrated on the Hawaii trip. He was sitting by the pool with his mother. Some lady kept joining in on their conversation, talking about watching Adam etc etc. She kept it up and he was clearly distressed.
I didn't watch, so I don't know that particular clip but I'd be willing to bet it's not because of any true "social anxiety" that he acted like that.
It's because he's a manbaby. He doesn't like to talk to people unless HE wants to. Plain and simple.

Remember that one thumbnail he did awhile back? He was front and center staring at the camera with a stupid look on his face, with a bunch of people behind him? They were all looking at him, or something like that. It gave the impression he was the center of attention - the one the others were just soooo enamored to be with.

Someone with social anxiety doesn't do that. He's full of shit, as always.

ETA:

Found it.

"I've got social anxiety... so I'm posting a thumbnail of a bunch of people taking photos of me because actually, I'm just in love with myself!"

And another one -

"I've got social anxiety...so I'm going to stand front and center ahead of a throng of complete strangers within a high-volume attendance convention and take a selfie!...and post it as my thumbnail too!"

Post these screen shots next year when he goes to DragonCon. He'll claim he never said he wasn't going.

Wow so Peter interacted with like all the other ~influencers~ at Oogie Boogie Bash…wonder how many of them will isolate and skip HHN Hollywood tonight? Or at least test themselves before going? I’m guessing…zero. Ugh. At least Peter is being open about it and staying home. He could’ve pulled a Best Life and just not said anything and went anyways.

He violated the privacy rights of the Halloween House for sale too. Didn’t he? To hundreds of thousands of online viewers. He won’t show the colour of his car or where he lives but he will film inside your cabinets and closets if you have an “opening house”. Sick.

Hmmm, interesting! Honestly if I was that homeowner, I would have reported the video too. It's beyond insulting for a 50 year old man-child to not only continue filming your private property after you let them know you didn't consent, but for them to put that video on YouTube and earn money off of it.

This is great news about Woo’s video being taken down. I guess that means he doesn’t get the ad revenue from that video (which got a lot of views). It also might mean a “strike” on his account. Three strikes and he’s out, I believe.

Back to the Strode house yet again.

Adam really showing off that he doesn't know the basics of real estate. Again and again he calls it an "opening house". He's also surprised that there isn't a bidding war and that it isn't already sold (look at the bathrooms and kitchens and you'll know why). He can't even believe they're having an "Opening House" 😂. Guess what Adam, they're having one all weekend because it's an "opening house" again today:

Sherlock Holmes here starts to wonder if there's no central A/C when he sees the window unit in the 2nd floor as show in the listing picture. But it's not until he sees another one on the first floor that he can confirm it has no central A/C. Because so often people will put in central A/C in the first floor, but not the second

"I've always wanted to get inside the Strode house." Also, "To my knowledge, they didn't film anything inside the Strode house." OK...so you want to see the inside why? He's a such a creep, creeping around this house that he has no intention of buying. He goes out a back door and sees some clotheslines and garbage cans and thinks that it could be where Michael was standing when Laurie looks out the window and sees him.

Adam goes into a walk in closet and thinks the hanging clothes rack is a "coat rack" because coats are the only type of clothing Adam owns that would ever need to be hung up (and even that's questionable, it has to be almost exclusively hoodies).

He's obsessed and amazed with the idea that the house has 3 separate living spaces. You can tell if he had the money he'd be very tempted to impulse buy this house, he keeps muttering about how you can rent out the other spaces and pay off your mortgage 😂. It's pretty close to Dodgers Stadium, so then he could just "become" a Dodgers fan!

I think the meteoric rise to arrogant, brgadocious and loquacious obnoxiousness began when the real money started rolling in. I haven’t watched him for very long tbh. when he hit 500k I saw that the wheels were turning though. The first class flights, the DVC points, the baseball circuit etc. Maybe it was before then but its the money. He must have grown up poor by most standards. Travelling to different cities bc of preacher Jim’s job. He never imagined that he could have as much money as he makes now. So he acts like one of those instant lottery winners that blows it all at the end of the day. Just a dumb fool. Rubbing his wealth in everyone’s face as a F you to everyone whoever doubted or looked down on him In the past. The naysayers he hated and gets his revenge now.

He certainly did not exhibit much social anxiety when he knocked on the door of a private residence and asked to film the kitchen. Because Cousin Eddie.
That is , because his arrogance is 1000x stronger than his anxiety 🤣

I am going to bring the unpopular opinion on here, but I found his talk about his social anxiety 100% believable and sincere. It fits with everything we have seen from him, his childhood, his background, and his love of being with Daphne/Natalie. She brings that bubbly energy around when he is with her and I think it makes him more comfortable to be in big groups and places with lots of people. To be honest, I think this vlog at the 20 minute mark was addressing Tattle and possibly your posts about your experience, @2020planner. I think lots of vloggers have social anxiety which is why they end up vlogging. I don't think it's an excuse to be assholes to people, but I also believe Adam is super uncomfortable meeting people. We have seen it in his own vlogs and in other's vlogs with him standing around in the background. He has many annoying and stupid quirks and things he does that drive me nuts, but the social anxiety thing doesn't really seem like a lie or a ploy. And if he wants to avoid more Cons and Park vlogging, and go out on the road, it fits. Tar and feather me and kick me out of this thread, it's fine. 😅

On another note, I could have sworn he said 'biding his tongue' today and then changed it to 'biding his brain'. 😂 He also said he regrettably missed the Rays because he was in Hawaii - what an asshole. Some people will never go to a place like Hawaii and he had to act sad he was there with his mom instead of watching another boring Rays game. 🙄 He also said he felt like they lost because he wasn't there. 🥴

Looks like 3 or 4 Universal videos.
😂 That is great news for my bingo card! Now, I can check off: Disneyland, Daytime Universal trip, Staying at Universal Hilton, and LA as his base of operations. Need Horror Nights (which will happen), and any combo of Knott's, Warner Brothers Tour, Hollywood, The Beach Cities, Fast food vlogs, Walk and Talks, etc.

Remind me, has he ever done this before? Renewing his annual pass to a theme park he constantly visits is a great start to his plan of "changing it up" in 2024.
Well that would be a sign of his constantism. We don't even need to traverse through his cornucopia of woopeats to confirm it. A spiel of him renewing his AP has been done several times over his tenure. Maybe his plans for 2024 have devolved? Maybe he will be too busy tethered to the gym to even go? but if he re-establishes a homestead in So Cal you can wager we will see plenty of Universal vlogs for a series of days.

Adam says he's "Proud of the guys" (the Rays) for their season, and that's a statement that sort of irks me. Maybe it's just a peeve or mine, but it just sounds weird to me when someone says that they're "proud" of their favorite team. If you're on the team? Sure; take pride in your accomplishments. If you've coached the team? Absolutely; take pride in your contributions to the players' development. But what exactly is Adam's connection that makes him so "proud"? That he wears the same hat?

I'll admit, I get happy when my favorite team does well, and at the end of each season I am thankful for the competitiveness and entertainment that I was able to witness. But I'd never describe that feeling as "pride" because I recognize that I had absolutely nothing to do with what went on on the field (or pitch, or court, or rink, or gridiron, or whatever playing surface you prefer).
