My eldest son and husband made shortbread yesterday. Sampling the delights today with a cuppa I can confirm they are 10/10

They used just regular, unsalted butter. I don’t know if it’s “the best” but they turned out pretty goodI made some recently but the recipe stressed to use the best butter - I have sod all idea what the best butter is, so not sure if people are lying to me when they say it's lovely.
