I was thinking the same, I’d never buy anything I thought were “big rotten slippers” just because a celeb or influencer had them, I couldn’t imagine being so easily led
Maybe I am a pessimist but I don’t see the gap for her new venture if it’s going to cost parents quite a bit to send their kids there.
I know the parents that do send their children to tutors will go for the specialised subject tutors rather than a general literature and numeracy one after school. It’s not really worth the money then.

I agree! Also not getting how and why she kept harping on that it would improve young peoples mental health.. it’s a literacy and numeracy tutoring centre? That people will more than likely have to pay to send their kids to? I don’t see the connection?!!

How? Why not explain that further, she’s a link to sign your child up to it but there’s so little information on what the service actually is. She’s another influencer chancer looking for a quick way to make money, only worse she’s using her teaching qualification as a way to make money from you through your children.
Let’s just say it as it is, it’s an after school club where you can send your kids to do their homework and possibly more numeracy and literature work on top of that.

I don’t follow her closely but did she work in a private school?
If so, that will be her target audience - if parents are paying private school fees in Sydney, they will easily splash out on extra help if their kid needs it. Some of Sydney’s best schools might be 15-20k a year (I think). Now not sure why she thinks they would choose her & her more general tutoring but she might be using connections from the school she used to work in?
