Uhhhhh can’t believe I’ve missed the last few days of this thread. She is winding me right up with all this aggressive ‘no one cares work harder’ attitude (it even grieves me to type it 😂) she’s been such a wimp that she needs 5 days off...!!! After giving out the big one for months about smashing training..... poor G G need a little break? 😂😂😂😂 stop being a wimp and get a move on. Training hard hurts, I know that as I’ve done it for years. To prevent needing a big period of time off you train smart and put in small breaks each week and rest days. You don’t have to train at 100% effort every single day. I think she is even more uneducated than we realise!

Shes another girl I’m losing faith in following. Why is it that all of these “fitness guru’s” always make you ending up feeling worse about yourself.
I started following quite a few at the start of lockdown to try and stay motivated and they have all pretty much been a let down.
I even reached out to a local one about 5/6 weeks post housebound rules with a view to working and doing some personal training sessions once restrictions get lifted though the longer I’ve followed her the more I’ve realised things don’t add up. 20k plus followers, very few likes on posts, craves attention with her instagram stories, promotes and talks regularly regarding mental health yet she actually makes you feel worse listening to the nonsense.
Aaaaggghhhh

I don’t think the online coaching thing is sustainable in the long term. I think it’s just a phase that’ll soon go as quick as it came.
Is she even qualified?
A good question. Doubt it. PTs normally share their continued CPD and their quals but nope..!! Not our G

No nothing on her profile to suggest uni or college and that’s probably a big issue with that such industry as you don’t or can’t tell how qualified someone is. From previous posts weeks back she’s currently attending college. Would love to know if she was actually the real deal.
A lot of her posting just seems contradictive.

She always said if she wasn’t a PT that she’d like to be a wedding planner. Think she did some sort of event management course and lasted a year.

That’s why i don’t think i could ever go with an online PT who doesn’t have any qualifications. I know that doesnt make you the best, but it makes your money worthwhile knowing they can (hopefully!) provide evidence-based sources behind their reasoning.

You’d be surprised how much you can learn just by doing a lot of research, having experience and reading around a few articles and books. Put all that together with a crappy attitude, a one hour course and hey presto, you’re an ‘online PT’.

Oh my god i remember her saying that! Shows how long I have followed her for

Wasnt referring to _georgiefit

Was talking about a local instagramer I’ve followed for a few months now. Had mentioned above in one of my posts.

I have found these “online coaches” who had a coach and copied their plans or they have done a few bodybuilding shows - the ones who online coaching for bodybuilders are the worst - they copy plans from previous coaches even ask clients (if they had a coach prior)

I’ve actually never came across a bodybuilding online coach that doesn’t ask their girls on prep if they want to take steroids. A lot of them don’t know how to prep girls without the use of PEDs. Trust me when I say they all do it. I know a few girls who done bikini contests even asked if they want to take steroids when that is just a really slim toned look and definitely no need for it.

PS I just spat my tea out!!! a wedding planner 😳!!!!! Can u imagine what she would talk to her customers like if she done that.

Really would love to know how qualified some of this fitness instagramers are.
Definitely this local girl with a big following on Instagram yet when checking through posts (yes I’m sad and bored) gets next to no likes and views. Something doesn’t add up, I’m thinking bought following.
