Yes same. These “coaches” don’t realise the damage they can do to someone’s body.
Even though I’m fully qualified - I still sit, read studies online and learn every single day. This whole lockdown instead of teaching classes online or trying to make a quick buck, I’ve actually read more into recovery and mobility for the body, nutrition/supplements, this week I’ve been reading more on steroids (A friend of mine competing was given the wrong dose of steroid usage! Side effects could have been horrific if she kept going)
I couldn’t have it on my conscious if I was doing online coaching unqualified and something happened to a client - these coaches “recommend” steroids like they are skittles. Almost a year ago on Instagram someone posted a video a coach was giving a female competitor, the recommended dose of steroid for a male. Now that could have ended in a fatality.
