Does anyone know what the next hearing actually is? I don’t know the American system at all. Yesterdays was obviously a very quick few minutes and then it was over. (It was so strange to hear her voice on the clip) so what happens next?

Interesting that Beau was on there, he wasn’t involved in the statement from the sisters and he tends to keep himself a bit more separate generally and obviously he’s got his own issues with Jodi. Still no sign of her parents! Was Kevin on the call?

While the sisters still haven’t posted any vlogs it shows the Holliens are still watching where the moneys coming in from and posted on Joel’s channel. I suppose initially the judge has to err on the side of caution because if something did happen and it was so publicised that Ruby had said that, there’d be outcry. But it’s horrendous for the poor children… hopefully once an actual trial etc takes place and more evidence is gathered they can change him being isolated.

She was saying that as payback for him escaping Jodi's house and calling the police on them. It would be sad if r never gets to see his siblings again all because ruby claimed he was watching porn at 3 years old. He wouldn't have access to any porn unless he was exposed to it from his siblings or his parents.

Ruby literally had a breakdown over her daughters school doing a dance to a small part of the song apple bottom jeans and I swear in her video ranting about it either her or Kevin referred to it as porn and went to the school board to complain about it so if she can react that way over a song , maybe one of her kids like R or whoever could of came across a music video or listening to a song that she calls porn. She’s known to over react and have a weird view on things so hard to take her seriously. Also even if what she said was true which I find very hard to believe cause I think in her head she thought if she said that about R then people would excuse what she’s done and it would be another way for her to punish R by saying whatever she wants to try make him think it’s his fault. Also no matter what there is no excuse to abuse your children by starving them , isolating them and physically abusing them causing wounds. From what we’ve heard so far she doesn’t seem to understand what her and Jodi have done is wrong and disgusting.

I thought the SA allegations were against the older boy. But I don’t know why they would be brought up in the custody hearing. Is the older boy still a minor? I thought that was why he was sent away on that wilderness camp a few years ago because of his ‘addictions’.

itll come out, her minds warped that he’s probably watched dancing videos with girls in crop tops, you know normal clothing to most ppl and she sees it as porn.
if he did watch porn at 3, then let’s hope it looks at her parenting deeper because she was strict with technology and we all know that from her vlogs, what parent would know that info and not doing anything about it.

It can’t be C because the judge said that the child would have to be placed in a home with no other children. C isn’t part of the child protection cases due to his age but I have no doubt he’ll be supplying evidence at some point.

The child I was babysitting once was also suddenly on a website with naked women(but he was older, he was 8) His friend told him to go to boobies.com or so. I just told him to turn off the computer and to not do it again. Children are curious. And the parents need to learn them what they can and can’t do.

Dont think any one has mentioned but apologies if they have regarding porn. She reckons was addicted to it but they question i have is where was he exposed to it at such a young age if he was. A 3yr old would not know what it is, how to access or be able to type that kind of thing into a search engine. So the big question is who exposed him to it.
