I hit my 1 stone loss .
Calorie counting has clicked and am ready for the next stone
Upstairs of our extension is being plastered this week, can finally almost see the end in sight

1.) there is a (slim) chance I won't be made redundant when furlough ends, so fingers crossed
2.) found some really cheap squid in the supermarket so made a yummy stew
3.) finally finding my cats' favourite food in the supermarket

1) my baby said do do and pointed at his dummy for the first time
2) me and my boyfriend were practicing yoga but I for some reason kept my slippers on. I stretched my leg in the air dead high and was showing off then my slipper fell off and twatted me on the head. It made us laugh
3) my boyfriend bought me some butter biscuits and digestives from the shop

1. The sun was out
2. No subs or missing items on my tesco shop today
3. Because the sun was out me and my husband spent all day outside going DIY and then made homemade pizzas in our pizza oven

1. Went for a walk with my lab and saw lots of dogs

2. Sun shining and it's light at 1715!!

3. Going to log off work and read a book

1. Our recently rescued dog came for a cuddle for the first time.
2. Enjoyed a cup of coffee in the garden as the sun was lovely.
3. Husband cooked my favourite dinner.

1. bf and i took a looong walk and my feet and legs hurt but it feels great
2. i signed up for online exercise classes with a friend of mine
3. i had churros and they were delicious!

1. The sunshine. I usually hate hot weather and sweat easily but today it felt refreshing!
2. Relief of knowing my son had a good day at nursery, he only started in January so was nervous he would’ve declined and got upset after his first half term break but he had an awesome day!

my little boy said ‘love you’ for the first time he obvs doesn’t know what it means but it was so cute hearing him say it

bought some Lovely blue paint for my sons room for our new house! The thought of decorating it for him made me smile

I had a phone call with my Breast Cancer Surgeon as they are not doing hospital appointments and asked if everything was fine for 2 years after my op and it was ,,,,, NHS in Wales have been brilliant
He said he would arrange a mammogram in a couple of weeks or so and a bone scan soon.
Hubby bought me a bottle of bubbles

2. My daffodils are starting to bloom (from my nan she’s adorable)

Seeing two old ladies at Gatwick 5 o’clock in the morning getting stuck into a full English each and a bottle of wine. Made my day.

My Mum video called me pissing herself laughing because she's put her dinner down on the sofa whilst she closed the curtains then sat straight in it

When my bf got in from work me, him & the baby all sat in the garden eating ice lollies

My boyfriend told me I looked 'fit' in my shorts, it's the first time I've wore something with my legs out since having the baby

I went the most beautiful autumn walk! Felt the leaves crunching beneath my feet as I felt the crisp autumn air on my face. I saw the sunset and it was just glorious!

I played I spy with my children and they had so much fun! It’s all about the simple free moments in life bringing all the joys

My evening class was cancelled tonight so I had free time to chill and soak it all in with my family, I feel so blessed!

1- I started C25K, I struggled with it but pushed through and feel so good that I did

2- I took both my kids out to the shop with me as I needed to get stuff, it was the first time I did it (as I struggle with anxiety) and I'm so proud of myself

3- I started watching Chicago Fire and I love it!!!!
