I have an answer for you, Niomi:

Niomi’s diet (She’s said she’s plant-based, right? Not vegan?) is one thing, but for her to preach to us ALL THE TIME about vegan ingredients AND to have a WHOLE VEGAN SKINCARE LINE purporting a certain ethos and then buying (well, being gifted, but she was only gifted a voucher—she still chose that bag herself) a fugly CALFSKIN BAG still makes my blood boil.

Fucking idiots 😂
So how does she justify allowing all the 'good for you we knew he was a creepy leech' comments on IG?
Good job most of them are preserved here to remind her 😂

Six weeks of holiday, and she probably won't even pay for it and make money off ads during her stay. Meanwhile I'm here, drowning in burnout and post-covid malaise, trying to work as normal but failing because I can't concentrate as I should, and too scared to quit in case inflation gets worse and a world war breaks out and it's impossible to find jobs, while simultaneously worrying for the world and friends directly being impacted by the war and feeling guilty about feeling so shit when I'm safely an ocean away.

I don't know what else to say.

I don’t think she gets more done than the average woman - most I know get nails/brows/hair done regularly, and lots use fake tan. The facials I thought never made much difference, her skin isn’t great but that’s just how it seems to be. I actually prefer her not having the awful fake looking lashes and her hair seems to be it’s natural colour now which I find suits her better also.

I do think its a bit unfair to say things like Joe’s looks come more naturally - just because the beauty standards for men and women are so different. We never expect men to do anything to their appearances really. Joe looks like he always does (except a haircut) and Niomi looks ‘rough’ because women do more to look ‘presentable’ than men. She looked fine during lockdown to me tbh and on the days that she put some make up on and did her hair I wouldn’t say she looked any worse than when she made that same effort pre lockdown really.

Welcome to the most pawfect, completely happy, non influencer, girlfriend of Lorgy, Niomi dumboss thread everyone!
Name thread by @afterthestormagain 🥰

So "WE" moved to a new house together. "WE" are having the most basic life together. "WE" are doing the same poses for photos that were done a thousand time before. "WE" go on walks together. "WE" hold hands. "WE" drink ceremonial cacao..
.. and we are dying from the cringe.

Ladies and gentlemen, Niomi moved with JW. And it's the second best JW that she could find. Mistake. Huge mistake.
Vote on the poll and happy tatteling! <3

I think that's where she gets it wrong. She thinks other women are "hating" on her because she's successful, but she missed the point entirely. It's not about her "success" at all. I mean, she was "successful" when she was dating Joe, so nothing to do with that. She was also traveling a lot back then and didn't generate this type of negative windfall because she was far more humble, appreciative and relatable. I watched her Indonesia Vlog from a few years ago and it's such a drastic contrast in comparison to her trip to Mauritius with Bradley.

People are coming at her for her contradictory and insensitive actions in the last couple of months. She went from "Princess Sustainability" to "Miss
Dior" and discarded the identity that attracted a great portion of her followers. It's OK to grow and change, but then be consistent and transparent about it. If she wants to support Dior, Longchamp and other luxury brands, then she needs to stop promoting sustainable fashion at the same time because the two don't correlate. You can't capitalize on one set of values and its complete opposite at the same time.

She's out here complaining about the bad weather in London after a lengthy trip to Mauritius when a large majority of people in the UK are worried about increasing energy and living costs. She's shamelessly been traveling and did a grand tour of Europe during a global pandemic. She keeps promoting Jaguar and other fancy car brands when only 0.05% of her following can afford such vehicles. She's selling an unrealistic and unrelatable image and is no better than Molly Mae and other influencers. She has become more and more unrelatable and posting about her uterus or psychic consultations doesn't make her any more relatable/personable. Her following is simply sensing the detachment.

By the way, I'm not sure Joey is in a relationship. He still seeks out accounts of pretty girls mainly showing their T&A. And if he is, maybe he isn't so dreamy after all. He is good looking enough to get a very pretty girlfriend if that's what he wants. He shouldn't still be following lots of hot girls if he is attached to someone. I know it's become really normal, but I'm still surprised how many men don't seem to have a problem with publicly showing that they consume soft porn on a daily basis. They don't even use a private account. It puts me off a guy immediately, when I see he follows loads of strange girls half his age posting bikini pictures. Have they no shame or capacity for self contemplation?

I don't want to continue ranting about this on Niomi's thread, but as someone who was recently blindsided, I've had my therapist confirm that it is indeed a traumatic experience. One day everything is great, we're building a future together, and he's making plans to visit me, and the literal next day he says he doesn't love me anymore and we shouldn't be together. It's the biggest mindfuck I've ever experienced, your whole reality is denied, you've lived in a lie, you're questioning everything about yourself and you're wondering if this person ever loved you in the first place.

There are lasting consequences to being blindsided, I can only imagine it's worse in Niomi's case since she was trying on wedding dresses two days before Joe broke it off. She indeed lived (and still lives) a very coddled life, but the betrayal and heartbreak that comes with being blindsided by the person you loved most in the world is nothing short of traumatic.

If only we were all consciously choosing not to be peasants. Silly us.

"I hope I can be aspirational." The ego it takes to say that. The arrogance.

Not, "I hope I can bring you some escapism with this travel vlog," or "I hope I can do some good by donating my time/money to a cause." Nope, just, "I hope you can learn how to be a better person from me, a superior enlightened being who consciously chose to be rich."

It's not even the audacity, it's emotional disaster capitalism.
