Guys, I think you're being a bit unfair. Carys is so so busy, she has to choose paint colours, build wonky radiator covers, put mini eggs in glass jars because it's Easter, go to the gym for breathing time, take photos of her camel toe, delete criticism from her youtube videos, all whilst chasing after a baby that moves SoOoOOo fast. Poor girl is rushed off her feet, when is she supposed to clean!? 🤦🏻‍♀️

She's trying to avoid having to be induced as she wouldn't be allowed a home birth if that happened. They're desperate for a home birth as it will be easier for them to vlog. They have visions of the midwives sitting in the kitchen with their pre-prepared snack box, drinking tea and only going into the lounge when James deems it necessary.

Can we talk for a second about their latest video where James says he wasn’t as connected to Amber as he wanted to be for the first 5 weeks cause she didn’t rely on him AND Carys saying she was mourning their relationship because it wasn’t about just them anymore. What on Earth were you expecting have a kid so young. A baby is for life, not just for an Instagram pic.

I still find James really annoying but I've actually taken to Carys since she gave birth, after how she was acting while pregnant I did not expect it at all but shes looking amazing and being a mum really suits her! I'm so glad she's being so positive about the birth she had and actually quite liked that she laughed at parts of her birth plan now seeing how ridiculous it was

Ffs don't call it a day on your own if you get tons of help. I'm going to give birth to our twins in a few weeks and I'll be happy if I even get a few days with my husband after we get home from the hospital... she is so unrelatable!

Also her saying their house is not big enough drives me insane. We recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment (yes Carys an apartment not a f-ing mansion) but it turned out our neighbour is an extremely loud, aggressive, unemployed drug addict who threatens me and our unborn babies and we hope to move somewhere else within 2 weeks since I don't want to be in this place with the babies... I am crying every day because the best I could pay for with my healthcare job is this shithole of an apartment and I feel extremely unsafe and all these influencers care about is whether their over the top styled bland coloured nurseries are pinterest perfect.... sorry I am not jealous of their lives, but they got it sooo easy and don't even seem to realise how priviliged they are!

I’m so glad she’s having time with amber on her own away from the leach mind, give her time to properly bond without the bad smell around x

I know everyone is saying that they're in for a shock with this baby...to be honest, 99% of people are in for a shock when they are pregnant. Bringing a screaming sh*t machine into your life turns everything upside down - I was 30 and I still couldn't have prepared enough.

And, to be honest, Carys seems to have accomplished so much for the age she is and certainly more than I have in 47 years. She co-owns several businesses, has travelled the world, has bought 2 houses, has at least 6 figures in the bank and probably has investments nicely building a nest egg in the background. Why does she need to 'live her life more' before settling into motherhood???

I'm usually a lurker on this thread, because I have to say I actually do really like Carys. She genuinely seems to be a kind person with a good heart.

James on the other hand is so bizarre. I gave a HUGE EYE ROLL when they said about how people never ask about James. Seriously....Grow. Up!!

Is he that weak a person that he can't just let his wife and newborn baby be the focus?

I bet he was so annoying to the doctors. ‘What would be the alternatives’? They’ve just told you they need to get the baby out and an epidural is the recommendation.

I think most people saying similar things think that it’ll be “good” for her to have some time away from James because they think he’s controlling etc and I understand where people are coming from. I do think it’ll be good for Carys to have time on her own with the baby *but* that time would probably be better to have once they’re home and she’s settled into a routine etc. Hopefully her birth wasn’t bad even if it didn’t go the way she wanted. I hope he’s allowed in for visiting for her sake, it’s bloody hard on your own. I know dads are allowed to visit between certain hours at my local hospital but I live miles from her and I know it varies between trusts.
I just think it is so harsh. Let's face it, their relationship is not abusive or remotely at a point where you can say an emergency hospital admission is good for her to "get away" from her partner.

Unfortunately being stuck in hospital for days with limited support is likely to do more harm than good for most women.
