I once told a recruiter that I was a perfectionist and she proceeded to ask why there was a spelling mistake on my CV. Well, that taught me. I am no longer a perfectionist but I now “try really hard to make sure everything is in order”. Take note, potato face Anna.

Apart from the fact that Lily and Nanna put out the same video content-wise, I have to say I preferred Lily's (not liked, preferred). I couldn't get through Anna's because all I heard was stupid giggling, being "obsessed" about everything and just general fake-ness. You can't tell me that's her real persona...
Also her constant 'oh my god I have 5 minutes to get ready' EVERY time she leaves the house is so annoying. As someone who thinks of themselves as an organisational genius you'd think her time-management would be better lol

Normally a lurker here but I feel I have to add that as someone who's been TTC my first for over a year (aware that's short to some people!) and just experienced a miscarriage I am absolutely fuming at how ignorant and obtuse these two are! Don't get me wrong I wouldn't wish it on anyone and I'm happy it was easy for them but a bit of awareness and sensitivity goes a long way!

recently started watching BB. have to say, wish i could write a dissertation on a marxist analysis of influencers. really! i don't have a problem w Anna as a person but GOD. the amount of SHIT that these people hoard. absolutely insane. and they're just "things". it feels like nouveau riche people want to fake having a culture by calling a maroon trench "a piece". it's not a piece babes. it's just another thing an underpaid labourer in the global south made for you to wear for 2 posts. influencers are sickening. not to minimise BB's mental health struggles but if you can afford that big of a flat, and those expensive ass bags you can for sure afford a therapist. people have REAL issues that aren't just vague "anxiety episodes". really want to grab one of these women and shake them and be like "what is WRONG with you"

Anna does this kind of thing though. I remember in one of her newsletters she talked about how she would love a garden 'having a garden is the dream,' 'one day,' 'in the future.' She spoke as if having a garden was not really a possibility right now, and was very very far off in the future indeed. Then the very next week it turned out they had bought the house complete with garden. It really wouldn't surprise me if one day Anna is 8 months pregnant, and still talking about having children like it is something that is very far off in the future, like she is barely even thinking about having children at all, having children has barely even crossed her mind - and then the very next week she will turn up in a vlog with a baby in tow. Lol!

I have a ton of work to do, so instead I put together a compilation of all the times Anna has mentioned Mark in the latest RENO video and moments where she strokes his ego by making him explain the obvious.
This counts as research, right?

Guys, that pregnancy vlog. I cannot. I've never heard someone say pregnant so many times. I'm 3 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I'm 5 weeks and 5 days PREGNANT. I'm 6 weeks and 2 days PREGNANT!!!! I'M 7 WEEKS AND 6 DAYS PREGNANT.
I fully hate-watched and given my own personal circumstances, probably shouldn't have, but was feeling strong and also curious as to how she dealt with this topic and I can't believe what a load of drivel that was. She mentioned a few times she was worried about having a miscarriage, but never made any attempt to acknowledge those who may have suffered loss or difficulties conceiving. She says the stats are so high for miscarriage and then makes absolutely no effort to say sorry if you've been through that. I'm not saying there should be a trigger warning because it was my choice to watch a video clearly about pregnancy, but some kind of acknowledgement of other people's struggles would have been welcome. Same goes for the karma comment someone picked up on further up the thread, what a load of bullshit. It's hurtful and for someone with 500k followers, I feel more thought should be put into this. Is my expectation too high?
Also why was her voice so high pitched?

LOL the average clothing size in the UK is size 16. Anna is slim, she just has a rounder face shape.Sure, the 'average' size 12 narrative..

The comments about Mark not letting her get a vacuum are probably her (failed) attempt at trying to sound relatable. She does this time and time again, says stuff that she thinks makes her relatable to her audience (who actually have to discuss £400 purchases with their partner first). But she fails to realise that she is renovating a 1 mil. mansion and at the same time claims that they can barely afford to buy a hoover. So saying stuff like that only makes him sound like the controlling type.
