Totally, the baby thing really annoys me. I'm in my early 30s and have a 4 year old, but I'm literally the only one of my friends with a kid. in my anti-natal class the other mums were a good decade older than me and it was a group joke that I was a "young mum" despite being almost 30. They couldn't believe that with life the way it is anyone would have a baby "so young". Made me quite self-conscious. Now my daughter is at a school where I'm the oldest of all her friend's mums, some are literally 21/22. It's almost like IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU DO OR DON'T WANT KIDS AND IT DOEN'T MATTER WHEN YOU DO IT SO SHUT UP NO ONE CARES.

But also, like, she knows you can take a child out yeah? Does she know what a child is? It's not like a cat where you have to get a sitter when you go on holiday. The joy of a child is when they're babies you can stick them in a carrier and take them with you if you go for a hike, they even make actual hiking baby carriers. Then when they're bigger, they can hike too because they have legs.

I think it is very strange she never even asked where he was going or what he was doing out of interest. Sounds very selfish to me, not interested in what her partner is up to, not in a insecure way I mean. Isn't it normal to show interest in your partners life. Exactly this. Whenever I go on a proper grand hotel holiday, I do it to stay there, actually relax. If I'm planning on being out and about most days then I just go with somewhere much cheaper, maybe even an AirBnB. Then again, I'm not an ungrateful twat like Zannyboo.

I can't imagine how Ant copes. He has an actual, real job that's pretty stressful and for which he has to wake up super early M-F and if I know my City Bros, he works some weekends too. And then he goes on vacation with I-Have-Two-Personality-Traits-Tall-WakesUpEarly Zanna who forces him to wake up with the rooster song and traipse up mountains when the lad just wants to hang by the beach, probably have some booze, eat something that doesn't look like it's been regurgitated by a cow? I wake up at about 6am naturally, listen to radio 4 to find out what’s happening in the world, have a coffee, shower, sometimes do yoga and start my job at 7:30ish so I can get out for a decent walk at lunch (I’m lucky to be on full flexi-time). I actually have 4 paid jobs so need to plan my time carefully to get them all done without impacting on my full time job. A monthly column takes a LOT of prep and I wish I could just post stupid videos and not have an editor breathing down my neck. I also teach a course and I have a duty to my students to do that well and give my time thats for them fully to them. I’m busy, I’m tired and I don’t go on “work trips” every weekend. I don’t feel the need to prove how busy I am, because I’m actually doing stuff not just getting up early because I want to have something desperately in my life.

Also don’t get my started on the “oh glass is good” thing.

Glass production emissions are huuuuuge. If she actually cared about sustainability she’d look at the recycled content of said glass, maybe discuss the life cycle analysis of it, explain to followers how to recycle correctly and not wish cycle and contaminate their output, and how to re-use glass rather than dump in recycling as lots of glass actually goes to landfill cover.

It’s almost like she’s a fraud!!!

I can’t bring myself to hate the bathroom. It’s just a bathroom and parts of it look fine. But I hate people having house accounts that don’t tell you anything. Either do your house up and share the skills and processes you used to do it, or be designing such an incredible home that people are inspired and show the sourcing of the furniture and design ideas etc.
Sharing that your run of the mill bathroom is going to be finished by builders in a few days time doesn’t tell anyone anything. Why did you pick those tiles? What decisions did you have to make about her bath tub and the plumbing etc?

Think she definitely has an inferiority complex about being an influencer. She definitely loves being one and loves the money for doing little work, but she gets SO touchy and defensive over the negative connotations with being an influencer. Like a while ago when someone commented that influencers are uneducated and not a real job or something like that and she posted her I hAvE a DeGrEe ThO rant on her stories, and the blocking of anyone who voted they don't want to be an influencer. I'm sure Ant have a high-flying successful "proper" career only fuels the feeling. She's so desperate to be seen as this powerful successful businesswomen and not just and influencer when in reality she's just a regular run of the mill influencer, no better than any of the influencer churned out by Love Island and other reality shows.
