Just seen the item was marked as delivered and she hadn’t received it and has had customer service put the phone down 4 times when trying to get a refund
Love how she says she has worked in customer service all her life
Amazon tbf in my experience are pretty good at refunding and they will be required go through processes which she will know. Bit extreme to close down your Amazon shopfront really. As comments have also mentioned she could just raise a dispute with her card company .
Certainly dont believe for a minute the item was delivered without a photograph being taken

With high value items Amazon normally ask you to provide the delivery guy with a code. I ordered something over the weekend which was just over a hundred quid and it needed a code. Genuinely don’t believe a thing that comes out of her mouth it’s probs just all made up for ‘content’. Amazon customer service has always been really good for me.

Strongly suspect so too. As someone else has said anything high value requires a code. I also don’t understand why you’d buy from Amazon rather than shark or whoever who do cash back & heavy discounting on their own sites…? All a bit weird.

As is her budgeting which just involves miraculously finding more money and spending it on living, as if that’s remotely sustainable? It’s all very weird.

At the moment she's got high interest debt she should be focusing every single penny to bring that down not buying stuff she doesn't need or putting it in savings pots. Realistic thing would be to pay as much as possible to her credit cards to reduce the high interest and reduce the '0%' ticking time bombs. She will be due minimum 5-6% to do another balance transfer if she has the credit and offers available to her.

She's clearly stressed about the reality of her mortgage term ending and her payment doubling, she can potentially afford it if working full time and didn't have 40k in debt to pay off as well. If she cleared her debt then she could afford the higher interest rate mortgage

If that’s the case she would not be posting on social media . Amazon just have to go through their processes. She has created multiple TikTok’s in the hope of earning enough money to cover the cost of the hoover so the delivery failure has work out well for her.
Bit like the step change videos it will go all quiet if there is nothing negative to post as an update

I have sooo much to say about the recent posts!

1. The hoover debacle is her being a rude witch without a doubt. If you screen pause her contact with Amazon chat, she is a right Karen and I don't doubt her phone conversations were worse.
2. Who buys a £300 hoover when theyre in debt. especiialy from Amazon. If you can't afford to wait a week for a reimbursement/refund you cannot afford to drop £300 on a product.
3. Too many things don't add up. No photo, no code. I bet she has it.
4. What is with her new style of video where she is trying to tell stories like that Sarah I'm the problem tiktok woman? It's a blatant rip off and embarrassing.

omfg point 4 I came to make earlier! And my child distracted me! I was hoping I wouldn’t be the only one who noticed it. She’s seen how popular her videos are and is now completely ripping them off. She’s going to claim it’s because of her adhd (because ITP has said that her autistic son was the brains behind her using those camera angles etc.)

Her advert re vodaphone is interesting in a couple of ways 1) she has obviously posted it late or has been warned about low engagement as she is basically begging people to support her ad and 2) in all of the budgeting videos she has basically said she can only use Virgin so presumably she’s not able to take up the offer and recommend as she hasn’t used them but gets a whole load of cash for the advert

There was also a strange post on her stories about colour analysis either this is another ad or she is spending money she hasn’t got on a consultation

The hiring of the camper-van for a month about £1000 which seems incredibly cheap for August and peak season. How can you book a van and not actually look at where you will go , availability and cost . No doubt she is expecting to be working whilst away given the state of her finances . Judging by a comment she hasn’t even worked out how the cleaning will happen in her house between Airbnb bookings .

Saw a TikTok where she had one of those startup brand type cleaning products and just thought - sigh this is why you’re in this position? She’s such a hyper consumer she’s obviously thought ok I have to clean now so I need expensive gear to do it, which you don’t at all, Sainsbury’s do their own brand method style non harsh chemical schtick for a really reasonable price and even that isn’t the cheapest you can get by with. You don’t need aesthetic brushed metal spray bottles at the best of times, but much less when you’re £40k in the hole?!

She needs to stop and get the debt sorted asap. She’d be better selling the house before she’s rushed into accepting whatever she can get for it & starting over.

Yes the hire van is only costing her about £1k but what about the other associated costs of being away for a month? Fuel, food, activities, eating out, parking etc?? That all adds up massively especially during the summer holidays

there are numerous things that are not adding up again, the month away and banking on the airbnb paying her travel and the people dont pull out, not getting a cleaner but will pay someone to clean the house between clients or will travel and do it herself, job is now a social media manager rather than project manager a social media manager wouldnt be paid as much. now cash stuffing £200 a week for expenses, has dwp on her to do list for tomorrow , supposedly spent time out in her car with kids at home as struggling to cope as on her own, has no money for socialising but will be having nails and eyebrows done on a monthly basis

Absolutely! Parking could easy bs from £10-25 a night, plus any daytime charges for sight seeing. Add on petrol, any cleaning costs as she’s not sure if she’ll be able to get back in between turnarounds, added costs of food from being away from home and it’s more of a subsided holiday than a money spinner

And yes £50 to get your eyebrows done when you’re £36k in debt to me indicates she hasn’t yet grasped the severity of the situation.
