Sounds like my ideal diet haha. I love party rings but I’m outside U.K. and can’t get them here 🤣

Yogurt drink for breakfast
Some carrot, tomato, lentil and onion soup for lunch with croutons.
A cookie
Chopped apple
Quorn nuggets and chips for dinner.
I've had a cup of Ribena and a few cups of water. I also had a few sneaky sweets.

Yesterday was not a good day for me.

same.. i know when i go back to work there'll be a huge divide between those of us who have just given up ttoally and spent lockdoen esting snd drinking wine and those who have soent time doing workouts and learning new skills 😂
Im the former I might have to buy some new jeans before I can go anywhere. :LOL:

Breakfast - overnight oats
Lunch - ham cheese mayo salad wrap
Dinner - gusto meal - sticky chicken and wedges
Snacks - 1 x walker max, 1 banana, 1 fibre one bar

four coffees, one tea, three litres water

cannot stop having hot drinks on lockdown! It’s like winter again I just want to be cosy

Breakfast: I am quite into smoothies right now.
I made one with 1 banana, coffee, 1 tbsp peanut butter, some oats, Greek yogurt, and milk. So good.

Lunch: Foccacia with some Genoa Salami.

Dinner: I made pasta with white onion, garlic, olives, artichokes, tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and a splash of white wine. Basically sautee the onion and garlic, throw in the olives, artichokes, tomatoes, and white wine. Season then cover and simmer on low so it all breaks down. Add the basil at the end, top the pasta with it, and some parmesan cheese and black pepper.

Snacks: Handful of trail mix, some chocolate, and an espresso wafer.

ratatouille / pasta.
endless cups of tea & 1 G & T.
