So far I've had:
2 coffees
Apple
Fried rice with left over dumpling filling, topped with an egg.
And aldi mars bar knock off
Handfull of cherry tomatoes.
Dinner is going to be buttermilk chicken and a rocket salad.

Breakfast - Scrambled egg on toast - didn't have it until around 11am though as I was finishing uni work
Lunch - skipped
Tea - Slow cooker Beef and Ale Stew and mashed potato
Evening snack - cheese and pickle sandwich
Snacks - cheese dunker, chocolate buttons, apple, packet of quavers

May have had a couple of vodka and cokes tonight, but I submitted my last bits of uni work today for the whole year (and end of course!) so I was celebrating!!!

some crisps
box of matchmakers
j20 with gin
water throughout day

Not a good one, I need to stop eating junk

Bournville chocolate orange
Carbonara
Glass of wine
Will have a couple gin and tonics tonight
Oooh a Hancock brekkie like me. 😊

Bacon/fried egg brioche bun for breakfast.

avocado/baby tomatoes on toast for lunch.

veggie pizza for dinner.

snacks - Greek yogurt with honey. Mini eggs. Pepperami. Salt vinegar crisps.

drinks - tea, water, bottle of wine 😂

1/2 tub of Alpro Soya unsweetened yogurt with a scoop of protein powder, a small punnet of blueberries and a sprinkle of golden linseed.

A handful of grapes.

Two homemade banana peanut butter protein/sugar free muffins

8 x gluten free Birds Eye fish fingers, 1/2 pack of Uncle Bens micro rice and a green salad.

1/2 pack of giant white dairy milk buttons and 4 chewy giant strawberries!

1 x can of Diet Coke and 2 litres of water
Would love the recipe for the muffins x

Didn’t wake up til 1pm so did a fry up then.

had a snickers with a cuppa around 5pm.

8pm dinner - fishcake, sweet potato fries & salad.

1 Budweiser & 2 glasses of wine 🤪
Sounds ok to me ... less the sweet potatoes I just don’t like them ...

Breakfast: wholemeal bagel with marmite and a cup of tea
Snack: apple
Lunch: leftover chicken fajita mix with a whole meal tortilla
Dinner: chilli con corne with tortilla
Evening snacks: skittles cooler ice lolly, bottle of wine, toast, G and T, packet of crisps. The day starts with such good intentions but that goes out of the window after 7.30pm 😂

Same breakfast as the rest of the week, smoothie made from coffee, milk, banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt and some oats.

Lunch: Toast with some jam.

Snack: Apple with cheese.

Dinner: Leftover slow cooker steak tacos with a sour cream, lime and cilantro sauce.
