I'm not eating terrible in lockdown but I am in no way hitting my 5 a day with fruit and veg that's for sure!

Bubble and squeak from leftovers.

Peruvian chicken, with roast veg and spicy rice

1 babybel
1 row of fruit and nut
3 liters of water
45 trillion coffees
1 diet coke

Feels like a lot when I write it down (not that it will stop me).

Day two of no weekday drinking in lockdown, having gained 6lbs due to wine and snacksidnets.

I've eaten rubbish since being in lockdown 😩

Baked potato with beans and cheese now
Probably have some chocolate (bought a twix at the shop) and a couple gin and tonics tonight

Two milky coffees for breakfast
salmon salad with walnuts and avocado in it and an orange and two squares of dark chocolate and coffee for lunch
salmon (don’t usually have it twice in a day) with new potatoes and roasted Med veg and a blob of full fat mayo for the spuds followed by a mixture of raspberries and strawberries and a row of Cadbury dairy milk with Daim and a glass of squash.

Welllll today has been terrible

I did make an excellent chorizo carbonara for dinner. Need to stop buying biscuits and go back to Keto, carbs are not my friend 😂
