Forgot to update yesterday but it was pretty much the same as the day before!
9am: Latte and 2 mini pain au chocolates
1pm: Cheese sandwich
4pm: Sour cream & onion crisps
9pm: Pulled BBQ chicken on a brioche bun with fries
Also had a few bite sized cookies and bits of chocolate throughout the day.
Drinks - a can of lemon/lime fizzy juice and lots of water
Not the healthiest day but I'm training for a marathon so am bloody starving all the time- that's my excuse anyways! I know I should be fueling up with healthier foods but I like my junk food too much
