I don't eat breakfast
Lunch: Smashed avocado on sourdough toast with a poached egg and some peanut rayu
Dinner: Lemon linguine
Snacks: A couple of squares of dairy milk
Loads of diet coke (I get through 3 cans a day lmao), 2 cups of black tea
Very weird one today
- 5 am: 2 coffees +handful of walnuts +madeleine
- probably one more peanut dipped granola bar (Nature valley) - I need to cut down on sugar a bit
- 7 am: whole wheat bread with butter
-11;15-12:30: two? chocolate dipped granola bar (nature valley)
- lunch(1:30): 8 pork vietnamese fried rolls
had a handful of cherry tomatoes as well i think
- Dinner: brocoli, 2 bacon wrapped prunes (tried a recipe).
will grab 2 kiwis and maybe a yogurt.
Porridge, peach slices, topped w/ seeds for breakfast (I am a woman who likes routine can you tell)
Carrot oat bar as a snack. No lunch again - don’t know why just didn’t feel up to it
Pasta bake for dinner.
Drank about a litre and a half of water today. Tea too
8:30am weetabix
12:50pm apple banana and grapes
1:30pm one eclair & a chicken wrap for lunch
5pm yoghurt and granola as a snack
6pm iced coffee
now eating a spaghetti carbonara for dinner!
Breakfast- bran flakes and banana
Lunch - ham and egg salad, and an apple.
3pm - Alpen light bar
Dinner - chilli con carne, and lime and coriander rice
Evening snacks - muller light and an orange bliss bar

Today, I've realised I eat a lot of carbs
B: bran flakes, skimmed milk and a banana
L: batchelors tomato past n sauce with salad
D: 2 tortilla wraps with a sort of chilli fajita concoction I made with 5% mince
Snacks: a skinny whip bar, and from the coffee shop on the way to swimming lessons half a cookie from the coffee shop jumped in to my mouth with an iced latte
breakfast: biscoff spread on toast
Tea: hunters chicken with peri peri rice & tenderstem brocolli
Snacks: banana, apple, yellow fruit split lolly ice. Right now I’m eating some M&S millionaires mini bites
Drinks: 2 cups of tea and a lot of water
Bacon buttie for breakfast, fat trimmed, nice and crispy, on white Hovis.
Roast chicken salad sandwich for lunch on seeded bread.
Chicken chow mein plus hot curry sauce for tea. (We are doing up the kitchen so takeaways have been easier.)
Coffee throughout the day, bit of Pepsi Max, bit of wine in the evening.
9am: Latte and mini bagel with peanut butter
1pm: Cheese sandwich
4pm: Kind cereal bar and a handful of cashew nuts
8.30pm: Pulled BBQ chicken burgers with fries
Protein crunch with blackberries and almond milk
A tribe protein bar
Bol pea and spinach soup with Added ham
Home made minced beef and spinach curry with cauli rice
A kiwi
4 coffees one of which was decaf
1.85 litres of water
A can of sugar free lemon and lime
B..greek yoghurt and raspberries
L...brown bread 'thin' with egg mayo, tomato and crisps
D...piece of cooked chicken
Book club evening....chilli olives, prosecco, veg crisps, prosecco.......and repeat!
Tea and water during day
So far today:
5am: 2 large mugs of coffee with almond milk
2 slices of whole wheat bread with cream cheese
9:30: 2 peanut granola bars, an apple, green tea.
*lots of water all day.
10:51am: mug of really strong coffee
11:30: beet salad with 6 rashes of bacon.and olives
2 slices of whole wheat bread and cream cheese
Then I might grab a snack at 4:30
then maybe at around 7-9 chicken and broccoli if i'm hungry, or just a coconut yogurt
