Veggie crisps and ritz cracker dunkers as a snack at about 3pm

No idea what to have for tea. Maybe some pizza with salad.

Ooh I love threads like this! I'm back to trying to eat better today..

Breakfast: an instant coffee, then picked up a skinny latte with sugar free syrup on the way to Lidl
Lunch: the Lidl version of those John west Mediterranean tuna pasta salad pot things, and a lactose free fat free yogurt with 10g bran flakes and a squirt of honey
Dinner: made BBQ pulled chicken in the slow cooker and had with a jacket potato and salad, and a spoon of coleslaw
Snack: a snack pack of chicken breast and some candy floss flavoured grapes.

That seems like loads now I've wrote it down 🤔 usually I eat way more than that, and lots of crap🤣

I’ve really got into some bad habits lately today was
1pm packet of sun bites
9pm potato gratin with sweetcorn and quorn.
Now at nearly 1am digestive biscuits 🙈
My daughter however had
7am homemade banana, oat and raisin pancakes with Greek yoghurt I made and mixed in some foraged blackberries
12pm broccoli bites I made with added spinach and mushroom, grapes and blueberries.
5pm vegetable curry with celery, leeks. Peppers, aubergine, mushrooms, courgette, sweetcorn, peas, spinach, carrot, chicks peas, sweet potato, red lentils and coconut milk.
6.30pm half a banana
Think it’s a bit obvious whose food intake i concentrate on but I really need to not grab crap for myself and I’m a fussy eater so won’t eat same as her unfortunately.both of us only drink water except I have 2 decaf coffees a day and instead of 2 sugars in each I’m having 1 sugar and 1 natural sweetener it’s rank! Changing to decaf was a big step for me too but glad I’ve done it.

5pm - mini raisin danish ( post swim hunger)

11pm - slice of vegetarian pizza, handful of popcorn 🍿 and Diet Coke

Still on my travels, but a different hotel today so maybe decent coffee in the morning if I’m lucky ☺

My diet last week was absolutely appalling so this week I'm planning everything and not allowing myself to go over 😅

For lunch I've bought to work with me some white rice and I'll put some sweet and sour sauce on top.

For dinner I'm having veggie bean and roasted pepper chilli over a jacket potato

For snacks at work I've bought some sliced apple and grapes, a 10 cal jelly and some belvitas!

This might be a random question but on the topic of bean brands is there a massive difference in taste? I’ve tried Asda sugar free ones before and they weren’t very nice but I’ve never tried Branston
I’m 29 and up until maybe about 2/3 years ago I couldn’t eat ‘wet’ foods (soups stews sauces beans etc) yes I know I’m weird 🤣
