B/ chocolate ‘spooky bat cereal’ (crap! 😂) and oat milk
L/ tiger bread and mushroom pate
D/ Burger King vegan royale and a few of the chips, wasn’t hungry enough for it really

a soy latte, lots of water and a few chews from the Halloween bowl.

During my night shift last night I had salad bits with houmous and Mayo.

Today I've had 2 x toast with cheese. Aldi beef pot noodle. Vegan cheeseburger and chips from takeaway.

Not slept and feel horrendous so I guess I'll be comfort grazing during tonight's shift 🙄

B-slice of toast with butter and a cup of tea
L- Cheese and coleslaw sandwich with a packet of crisps and a glass of cordial
S- a few biscuits
D-Bangers and mash with onion gravy
S- slice of M&S pumpkin spiced & cake glass of water

1pm - iced almond milk latte

3pm - salted caramel scone, Earl grey tea

8pm - vegetable pie, chips and gravy, black espresso martini

Stomach ache now 🤢

Yesterday..
Banana and an oat milk coffee before bikram yoga
Bacon and egg on toast when I got home
Picked at sweets which were meant for trick and treaters… ordered a Chinese (crispy chili beef, hot and sour soup, special fried rice, curry sauce and prawn toast 🐖)
A biscoff cupcake too 🤦🏻‍♀️🐖🤣
Tea, water and a bottle of sol

and it’s Monday already

Brekky- Greek yog, raspberries with chia seeds and flaked almonds
Dinner- Asda Slimzone chickpea soup
Tea- Micro cottage pie from Asda
Snacks- Banana, more rapsberries, protein shake before spin class, trek protein bar

Breakfast: toast with butter and hagelslag
Snack: apple
Lunch: 2 slices of bread with a spicy chicken salad
Snack: apple and an orange
Dinner: pita bread with portobello mushrooms (replacement for shawarma), garlic sauce, lettuce and tomato
Will probably have some chocolate for desert since it's that totm

Drank 2L of water and 2 cups of coffee

It's my birthday and I'm still sick.. *le sigh maybe next year.

B: almond coffees with 2 madeleines.
L: cashews, pineapple juice and apple
D: 1 burrito and some tortilla chips

B- 2 pieces of toast, butter and jam
S- 2 finger KitKat and 3 sport biscuits
Lunch (courtesy of work)- half a jacket spud, spoonful of veggie curry, onion bhaji, peas. Yogurt and a banana
Tea- noodles and a kiev. Small bowl of rice pudding with jam
S- caramel freddo
Hot chocolate, 2 cups of tea, many glasses of water and a Pepsi max

Lunch: 1 slice of ham on toast
Dinner: chicken chow mein stir fry, with lots of veggies
Snacks: one drumstick, in a right biscuity mood tonight so gonna make a cup of tea and have some Fox Viennese fingers

1 cup of tea and 2l water

Breakfast - Pret coffee and an orange juice
Dinner - Chicken sandwich and a pepperami and another Pret coffee (got to make the most of the subscription)
Tea - Piri piri chicken breast, chips and coleslaw

Snack - I was too full after my buffet type tea for my Halloween Krispy Kreme doughnut so having that tonight while I watch a film

Dinner: Cheese omelette
Snacks: Mini dark chocolate kitkat

Drinks: black sugar milk bubble tea, 2 diet cokes

s/ peanut butter on rice cake and yogurt and fruit with a peppermint teaaaa

D - Skipped as I was out
T - Salmon, baby potatoes, cherry toms and broccoli
S - Some dairy milk fruit and nut and fruitellas

Breakfast: protein porridge with strawberries and choc spread
Lunch: M&S salmon salad with some wotsits and arla protein yoghurt
Dinner: chicken strips, potatoes wedges, beans and coleslaw
Snacks: banana, fibre one bar, 2x chicken sausages, a little moon and some dark choc
Drinks: innocent juice, 2x peppermint tea, 2 diet cokes, 1 chocolate protein shake

Now I’m writing it down that seems like soooo much!!!!
