What I eat in a day

1pm - almond milk cappuccino, slice of toast with peanut butter

6pm - cheese scone, fruit smoothie (post sea swim ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ)

9pm - slice of vegetable pizza, coleslaw salad ๐Ÿฅ—

My husband is home and Iโ€™m pretending Iโ€™m asleep already so that he will sleep in the spare room ๐Ÿคซ

Yesterday
Breakfast - Pret coffee and a bacon butty
Dinner - Grapes, mango and a coke
Tea - Pan of scouse, crusty bread and cake for afters
Snack - Bottle of Prosecco ๐Ÿพ

B- bowl of shreddies and blueberries, jam on a piece of bread.
Lunch- chicken sandwich, bag of quavers, small piece of home made cake and small piece of flapjack
Snack- 2 finger KitKat
Tea- Quorn meatballs, homemade tomato sauce, wholemeal spaghetti and red pepper.
Lots of water, 2 cups of tea, diet Pepsi and a regular Pepsi.
Having some sport biscuits later, saw them in the corner shop by me and used to have them at my Nan's house so hoping they bring back some lovely memories and taste as I remember.

Breakfast - Maccies sausage and egg McMuffin with a hash brown a strawberry milkshake
Dinner - Just picked on bits of ham out the fridge
Tea - We are having takeaway number 2 ๐Ÿท Iโ€™m getting a cheesy garlic pizza bread with mushrooms on and some mozerella dippers. Iโ€™m in a cheese mood ๐Ÿง€

B:2 almond flavoured coffees+ almond milk, mini pain au chocolat.
S: bread crackers
L: cashews,
D: whole wheat x semi-salted butter x2, apple
- green tea. sucked on a couple candies for sore throats and being sick doesn't make me want to eat
workout: 2 hours

Brekkie: chicken sausage, egg and spinach on a bagel thin after a disgustingly hard workout
Lunch: Koka noodles
Tea: slow cooked lamb, mash, tenderstem Broccoli, peas and gravy
Drinks: tea, coffee, water and a Fanta zero. Now Iโ€™m having a glass of red โค

L: egg mayo on bread 'thin', packet crisps
D: oven chips, cod in batter, peas
Gin and tonic
Tea and water through day

Skipped breakfast
D - Tuna sandwich and snack a jacks
S - A choc brownie mug cake and a split pot yoghurt
T - Beef stew with broccoli and green beans
S - About 4 choc biscuits and loads of sweets

Drinks - tea, coffee, water, red wine and 2 Pina coladas ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿผ

12 pm - almond milk cappuccino

3pm - soya cortado, brioche cinnamon roll

9pm - goats cheese stuffed mini peppers, soya milk ๐Ÿฅ›

Northern lights here tonight so ate dinner in the car ๐Ÿš™ while waiting for the show

On nights. Went to bed at 8am for four hours then at 5.30pm for three hours.

12.30pm 2x slices of cheesy eggy bread

5pm Chinese chicken curry, egg fried rice, chips, one mini spring roll, two chicken balls and handful of prawn Crackers (was a set meal for 1 but it split nicely between myself, my adult son and teen son).

B - coffee w/ sugar and half and half x 2
L - sliver of meat lover pizza w / Cesar dressing . Salad
D - chicken souvlaki . Salad
Dill pickle potato chips

Dinner - Bacon butty and a Diet Coke
Tea - A big selection of the Christmas buffet range from M&S

Tax-cheese and beetroot sandwich. Crisps and homemade cake. Hummus and bread sticks.
Snack - 2 slices of toast, butter and jam. 3 sport biscuits.
I've been so hungry the last few days. Hoping to get back on track tomorrow as back at work after 2 weeks off.

lunch: Italian bmt from subway with lettuce and red onion

dinner: 3 slices of pizza, lots of travelling today so not healthy

snacks: a lollipop, a mini doughnut, blueberries

drinks: Diet Pepsi, coffee, water, diet lemonade
