Saturday is my day off calorie counting

breakfast/lunch -double sausage & egg mcmuffin with a toffee latte
Tea- Chinese chicken stir fry
Currently waiting for a lotus biscoff cookie dough and a crunchie milkshake to be delivered!
Had a small coke and water throughout the day

@Blair-Waldorf I tend to eat less at weekends too. Getting up later so tend to have two meals rather than three and less snacking throughout the day. Like you say, sitting working makes you want to snack!

Today I had cheese spread on a cheese and jalapeño bagel at 12.30ish, then a home made sub style sandwich, Frazzles and a cookie about 4ish.

Don’t feel hungry for snacking tonight but no doubt will have an ice lolly or something.

No breakfast today, had a pumpkin spiced latte and pumpkin spiced cookie from Starbucks for lunch, banana around 4pm, and just had a pizza express margarita pizza (shop bought)
So healthy today 😂

12 pm - 2 scotch pancakes and maple syrup

8pm - goats cheese and red onion pizza , mango daiquiri

9.30pm - a few spoons of a Ferrero Rocher sundae

It’s my birthday and I ate more than usual because it was a tit day 😔

Not a very structured or balanced day today 😂 whoops

Coffee and a cinnamon swirl for brekkie 😋
Didn’t have any lunch I was out and about
Had a chicken roast (chicken, roasties, Yorkshire’s, parsnips, tenderstem broccoli, honey roast carrots, peas and gravy) and a glass of wine for tea and now it’s time for a mini cheeseboard watching vigil 😋

Breakfast, same as every day, two buttered potato cakes with two boiled eggs and a cup of tea

Lunch, veggie lasagne with a sliced tomato and some sweet corn which needed eating

2 mini rolls and a packet of frazzles for desert

I've been drinking water all day

A mini cheese and pepperami

Roast chicken dinner, with roasties, stuffing, a yorkshire pud, green beans, broccoli and carrots

A choc chip cookie

3 spritzers

Couple of teas and coffees

Woke up, got coffee
My standard brekkie of 3 weetabix
2 pancakes in the toaster
No lunch as took my son to a b’day party then some DIY all afternoon but snacked on some crisps
Dinner was 3 beef burgers, 2 eggs and some salad with a side of m&s baguette
Just had two small bars or chocolate with a cuppa tea

yogurt and granola as a snack
chicken mayo and lettuce wrap
cup of tea & made some cupcakes so one of those!
roast dinner for dinner and some salted nuts as a snack.

definitely a bit of a snack day today 😬 back on track this week

Toast for breakfast, with whatever seeded loaf I’ve bought recently. I’m sure they make you fart loads though.
Lunch with same bread for a sandwich, tuna flakes and mayo, bit of healthy green leaves and those beetroot strips.
Tea, fish and chips. The washing machine is in the middle of the kitchen and oven access was too tricky today!
Snack, crisps in bed probably to absorb evening booze.

lunch - probably chicken and veggies
dinner - chicken and roasted vegetables with bulgar wheat
snacks - fruit and some rice cakes
drinking probably too much coffee and lots of water :)

Banana for breakfast today, about to make a cheese and mushroom omelette with beans on the side for lunch, dinner tonight will be veggie chilli in a baked potato with cheese on top and some salad, snacks will be flat peaches and sweet popcorn, might get a pumpkin spiced latte for Starbucks on the way to school pick up too 😂🎃

Not had much today.

No breakfast.

For lunch I had a wholemeal roll with sliced boiled egg, mayo, lettuce, cucumber and tomato

For dinner I'm having a jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn and a side salad

Snackwise, so far all I've had is a cadbury brunch bar!

Had a can of strawberry and watermelon tango at lunch and I've drunk about 1.5 litres of summer fruits squash

Usual breakfast - two potato cakes and two boiled eggs and a cup of tea

A few mini cheddar sticks for lunch

Vegan mince and onion pukka pie, chips, peas and gravy for dinner and a diet coke

Will probably have a mini roll later as a snack

Drank a litre and a half of water so far

12.45: Apple and Coffee
2.30: Cupcake :p
3.00: Beef, Potato and Veg dinner

I’m trying to lose weight at the moment, my downfalls are snacking and the weekends.:mad:
