2x slices of toast with scrambled egg and smoked salmon

Cheese, ham, tomatoes and apple slices with pickle.

A SlimWell Chicken Saag meal with rice and green beans

2 peppermint teas, 3 teas, 2 coffees and some 0 calorie cherry stuff.

Breakfast-2 slices of toast and jam
Green tea
Snack- a lindt lindor chocolate ( was surprised I only ate one!!)
Lunch- half a jacket spud, butter and cheese. Boiled egg, beetroot, cucumber. Watermelon and a yoghurt
Tea- oven chips, bread roll and Quorn pieces in hunters chicken sauce. Aero chocolate mousse
A few milky way stars and m and m's
2 cups of tea, 3 green teas, 2 coke zeros and lots of water

40g Cheerios and semi skimmed milk

spicy chicken fillets and 2 light babybels

herb crusted pork with roast potatoes and veg

fun size maltesers and Tesco triple chocolate cookie

Went to Marks and Sparks after work and my weekend is going to be fantastic 🐷🐷🐷

Brekkie: tea and a bagel again
Lunch: a duck and hoisin wrap, pack of prawn cocktail walkers and a can of Diet Coke (rate my meal deal🤣🤣)
Tea: homemade soup and garlic bread
snacks: some candy floss grapes, a protein yoghurt (who does that remind you of @Misssj80 ) and a choc chip brioche roll

had tea, water and an oat milk flat white

Breakfast - Pret coffee and a banana.. again
Dinner - 2 x breakfast bars and a Diet Coke.. got stuck in a work meeting most of the day it’s all I could grab 😔
Tea - Chicken curry with rice and naan

Snack - A glass of white wine

🤣🤣🤣 I honestly don't know how she eats so many protein yogurts!! That's all her food shopping is, bloody protein yogurts 🤣🤣

S/ soya flat white with some fruit and a crappy cereal bar
T/ fish finger butty🤓
S/ maybe some dates??? Not sure what I’m feeling… I need more healthy evening snacks because yogurt bowls aren’t hitting the same anymore

Breakie: 2 slices of toast with butter
Mid morning: another slice of toast (my son didn’t want his slice at playgroup so I ate it 🤣 🤷‍♀️)
Lunch: tuna & sweetcorn jacket potato
Dinner: chorizo, salami and pastrami in a baguette with lettuce & perinaise
Snack: got a packet of rhubarb and custard squashies😋

drinks: 1 cup of tea, 2l of water and I’m gonna have a can of coke also

B: 2-3 hazelnut flavored coffees with hazelnut milk
1 small chocolate fondant cake with a plain yogurt to cut the sweetness.
snack: 2 bread crackers
L: 2 clementines
snack/late lunch: 1 slice whole wheat toast with goat cheese and 2 rashes of bacon+earl grey
D:salad:spinach,tuna,chickpeas,chia seeds, seasoning.

B / fruit and fibre (duck I’m bored of it 😂) and oat milk
L / same chickpea ‘tuna’ salad sandwich and the leftovers on some lettuce.
D / disappointing frozen pizza and some HiP cookies no cream chocolate.

11am - almond milk cappuccino

3pm - slice of toast with peanut butter, apple, glass of soya milk

8pm - vegetable pasta bake, piece of garlic bread

good analogy and maybe! There’s still a lot of stigma and shame around food especially for women

im an animal on the week before my period or if I’m hung over, if anyone wants to see the days I can eat skipfuls of food happy to share 🤣 I do not promise nutritional value on these days tho
And there shouldn't be! Food has no moral value. I do love WIEIADs, but only because it's fun to see what people eat, not because I'm going to think any more/less of a person because of it!

Coffee, Dave’s whole grain english muffin with almond butter, blueberries, and banana

Snack: Milky coffee and biscotti

Emmental and roast beef sandwich

Decaf coffee

Spinach & cheese pupusa

Beverages: Orange juice and lots of water. I am extremely thirsty today 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thursday :
b - coffee w/ half and half sugar
l - toasted everything bagel w/ gouda. english breakfast tea w/ milk and sugar
d- greek salad and chicken souvlaki / piece of pita
s- tea w/ milk , choc cookie
 
Breakfast: 2-3 hazelnut flavored coffees+hazelnut milk.
1 slice of whole wheat with goat cheese and 2 rashes of bacon.
snack#1: clementine, earl grey, 2 mini croissants, slice of toast+goat cheese
L: spaghetti, small chocolate cake, plain yogurt.
Later tonight will probably go for a light spinach salad if anything with or without another clementine.
