Breakfast: Cheese toastie with olive bread, tea
Lunch: Ordered chicken veggie wrap and chips with a small side salad.
I need to do some shopping for dinner, I'll get a bunch of veggies and make an easy soup. My lunch looks rather large in portion so I want to go easy on myself with dinner. No snacks yet.
same here. well , i am not pregnant but i am not eating well due to anxiety so havent wanted to post . doing better past couple days so soon hopefully. hope you are feeling better soon - morning sickness sucks - i had it so bad i had to take meds that made me sleepy - literally slept all day and survived on whoppers with cheese, sour skittles and very large slurpees.I’ve had really severe pregnancy sickness so I haven’t been eating properly at all. I haven’t wanted to comment as it may be triggering. Hopefully I’ll be back soon. Hope you’re all well
