Breakie: bowl of special k
Lunch: large hot Mayo chicken legend meal with an Oasis from McDonald’s. Salted caramel mini McFlurry for afters
Tea: cheese stuff crust pizza with half a baguette garlic bread

1 cuppa, a can of red bull, a can of coke and 2l of water
1hr long walk

not the healthiest of days but it’s the weekend baby 🤪
I had a packet of crispy m&m’s too 😇

Yesterday:

Breakfast- Cheesy fried egg, toast, couple of cucumbers, tea
Lunch- Carrot soup
Snack- Couple of biscuits
Dinner- Spanakopita

Tea and water in between.

breakie: crunchie chocolate spread on toast
Lunch: foot long Italian bmt on hearty Italian bread, lettuce, cucumber & red onion, with sweet onion sauce 😋 from Subway!
Tea: Chinese chicken curry for tea. Chucked in a load of red onion, baby corn and mushrooms in there it was lovely and had salt & pepper chips on the side
snack: 2 loaded red velvet brownies (their tiny so I had two 😏)

can of coke, can of relentless, 2l of water, caramel latte
30 min walk 😊 need to get my fit bit back on to track my steps again.

been a bit unhealthy this weekend, going back to being healthy today 😂

Breakfast - Costa latte and punnet of blueberries
Dinner - Tuna, tomato and spinach pasta salad
Tea - Pork chops with mash and veg
Snack - Chocolate mint protein bar

Exercise - My step count have been awful lately so plan is to increase day on day this week

B - weetabix with oat milk
L - bk vegan royale as they were doing an offer to get a free one 😃
Sn - 2 dark chocolate digestives
D - we’re making savoury rice with veggies and kidney beans in. Might have a vegan chicken fillet with it too

No exercise as I’m knackered from moving house.

mondays are so awkward because i have lectures 9-11 then 12-2 and 2:15-4
i’m never hungry by 11 but starving by the end of the second one so i just snack way more than usual lol

10k steps + a 30 min full body workout

Tea- smoky bbq fajitas
Snack- sea salt lentil bites from aldi

2l of water, 1 cup of tea, can of coke.

Thursday:
coffee w/ vanilla almond creamer and sugar .
oatmeal w / milk and peanut butter
couple cubes of cheddar cheese
tortilla chips with sour cream and salsa
bbq hamburger on a brioche bun w / mayo , cheese and dill pickles ( heaven!!)
Diet coke w/ vodka

Bang bang chicken bites and some mango

Chicken kiev, gastro chips and asparagus

Malteser biscuit and cocktails!

Breakie: 2 slices of toast W butter
Lunch: a corn beef sandwich with 1 mr kipling chocolate slice on the side 😆
Dinner: cheese stuffed crust pizza
Snack: packet of aero caramel melts

3 cups of tea,2ml water
Managed to fit a 10 min hiit. Not my healthiest day but I had builders in the house all day

Hello, I'm new here. I hope I can join the thread. I've some weight to lose and I think keeping track will help.

Breakfast: Cheese toastie with olive bread, tea
Lunch: Ordered chicken veggie wrap and chips with a small side salad.

I need to do some shopping for dinner, I'll get a bunch of veggies and make an easy soup. My lunch looks rather large in portion so I want to go easy on myself with dinner. No snacks yet.

I’m basically living off ginger nuts and peppermint tea. I did have maccies last night though (quarter pounder meal with fries and a fanta)
