Brekkie: weetabix honey and banana (I’m so boring )
Lunch: crispy chicken pieces, bacon, lettuce, tomato, bbq sauce and mozzarella in a wrap. Handful of grapes
Tea: Chinese curry with boiled rice and naan bread
Snacks: pack of skips and a cherry bakewell
Drinks: water, cappuccino and a hot choc
Exercise: 5 miles of walking (11k steps) and 30 min HIIT
