B: cereal bar and black coffee
L: pumpkin soup with toasted sourdough bread + vegan chicken nuggets & lots of water
S: tea, peppermint tea, persimmon, piece of banana apple cake, 1 mini mars bar
D: one pot pasta with all the veggies

7am - almond milk cappuccino

9am - latte

1pm - coconut ‘bacon’ and miso and coriander hummus on sourdough, pomegranate juice 🧃

7pm - cheese and onion flatbread, glass of soya milk

Water

No exercise. I ventured to the beach after work but the tide was so far in there was no beach. Brilliant waves though that made me just want to dive in 🧜‍♀️

Yesterday..
Lunch: bacon sarnie on white bread with brown sauce
Dinner: chicken chow mein stir fry with loads of veggies

toffee nut latte, an orange lucozade& 2l of water.

B: oats, banana, choc spread, protein shake with semi skimmed milk
L: prawn taco salad
D: lentil shepards pie
S: kitkat

500ml water, 1 tea with oatmilk

B: I think 2? vanilla coffees(pretty exhausted), butter on whole wheat x2.
S: banana and chocolate chip mini cake
L:crudites/olives/nuts, 2 bread crackers with goat cheese.
D: Salmon poke bowl
-lots of water and no workout

L - chicken salad with orzo, tomatoes and coleslaw
D - chicken pasta bake with loads of veg and salad
E - 30 minute spin

had a berocca, vitamins and a banana. Trying to get as many vitamins in me as possible to shake this cough 😷 think I’ve doubled my 5 a day quota lol

Breakie: fererro rocher out of my advent calendar 😂
Lunch: leftover roast gammon in a sandwich
tea: medium rare rib eye steak with tenderstem brocolli, mushrooms and crispy potato slices
Snack: gonna have some frosted fancies 🤤

Brekkie: chicken sausages and poached egg on toast
Lunch: a small bowl of tomato and veg pasta
Tea: slow cooker chicken curry with rice and homemade salt and pepper chips
Snacks: grapes
Drinks: water, oat milk coffee and a Horlicks
Exercise: just went for a 2 mile walk

B/ this isn’t bacon bap with brown sauce and a disappointing coffee
L/ Bol Malaysian noodle pot, wouldn’t buy again 👎
D/ made some rice with loads of veggies, this isn’t chicken and katsu paste added. Greggs ring donut.

Snacks: weetabix with coconut milk and a banana, 10 gummy sweets, 1/2 pomelo and pomegranate

Exercise: 5k run and 10k walking throughout the day

had planned to exercise today but instead I surrendered to day 1 of my totm and cried at Gilmore girls while eating salted pretzel chocolate instead.

12pm - spiced chickpeas with yoghurt and salsa verde on a slice of sourdough toast, fruit smoothie

4pm - small slice of chocolate and almond cake 🍰

7pm - tomato soup and a cheese scone

Lots of water and herbal teas

No exercise today as work is full on and I’m knackered 😩. On the plus side I’m eating better as the catering on this production is so damn good 😊

Lunch: quorn and veggie stir fry, had a yoghurt after
Tea: indian.. butter chicken pilau rice and a garlic naan 😋
Drinks: hot water and lemon, water and 2 cappuccinos
Exercise: 3.5 mile run and 4.5 miles of walking

8pm - focaccia and hummus, chocolate soya milk

No exercise but I covered 21,000 steps at work!
